I've added a {{clear}} template which pushes your main boxes below the one that describes you and has your picture. Depending on the device you use to view Wikipedia (e.g. a mobile phone), there may now be white space above that main box. If so, you can fill in with some text in that gap. Or you can revert my "clear" edit if you don't like it. I noticed that you have thought about adding the {{Adopt}} template. If I were you, I wouldn't use that one. The adopt-a-user program was replaced with the newcomer features that are described at WP:GTF and you already have the userbox for editors who have signed up to be a mentor, which I assume you have done! Having a conflict of interest does not mean an article has to be declined. In fact, the purpose of AfC is for people with conflict of interest. Also, the link cited doesn't seem to be a personal website too. To the best of my knowledge, this passes WP:ANYBIO even if you argue that they do not. For the aspect of notifying you before making a revert, maybe you're not familiar with WP:BRD, you should try taking a look at it. Let me stop there.

Additionally, the suggestion of adding the content of a draft about a hospital with that of a cyclone, like you did here, is not appropriate. You have to be careful with reviews. • Hospitals, generally, have verifiable notability. It may be that there was insufficient information about the hospital, as presented in the draft, to be accepted, or it may be that notability of the hospital was not verified, but it is highly likely that this is a notable hospital. I have not studied that draft in detail. These are my impressions

Since our role as reviewers is to seek to ensure that an article will not immediately be subject to one of our deletion processes when it is accepted. That is why we push it back to the author. We want to accept articles. The there has to be a solid rational for declining.

• You were correct that the hospital should be mentioned in the cyclone article, and the damage attributed to the cyclone. However, the hospital almost certainly ought to have its own article.

Until you get your aim perfected I suggest you concentrate on those where acceptance or declining is easier. As your aim refines the harder ones become easier. And you will still make mistakes.

The target to aim for is being able to accept with confidence a draft which is on the borderline, to know it is borderline, and to be able to say with clarity why you have accepted it. As you know, out formal duty is to accept any draft which we think (as individuals) has a better than 50% chance of surviving an immediate deletion process. I did the first one for you. You can do the second one (whenever you want – some people archive everything right away, and other people leave messages on their talk pages for years). Whenever you want to move things over, then start editing User talk:Tesleemah/Archive 2 in one tab, and edit this page in another tab, and just cut and paste the content between the two.

The directions are at Help:Archiving a talk page#Cut and paste procedure. I've started the second page for you by putting just the template at the top of the page. You can also decide whether you want to put the {{archive box}} template at the top of this page. It looks like this:
