[edit]Hello, I'm Paper9oll. I noticed that you added or changed content in an article, Music Bank (TV program), but you didn't provide a reliable source. It's been removed and archived in the page history for now, but if you'd like to include a citation and re-add it, please do so. You can have a look at referencing for beginners. If you think I made a mistake, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. — 🧧🍊 Paper9oll 🍊🧧 (🔔 • 📝) 15:45, 19 February 2024 (UTC)

Requests
[edit]Hi, thank you for working on these Korea-related articles, your effort is very much needed and appreciated. I'd like to make some requests, however, based on the Wikipedia:Manual of Style. The reason I'm requesting this is because the work to fix issues will eventually fall to someone else (usually me nowadays).
- If you create a new article, make sure it has categories. It doesn't need to be exhaustive, but just enough for others to discover and fill out other categories.
- Please don't put references in section headers. You can find alternate ways to apply references to entire chunks of text.
- You appear to not be correctly applying Revised Romanization and McCune–Reischauer for infobox Korean names. I encourage you to use this website for now: [1]. It automatically converts Hangul into RR and MR.
There's more besides this, but the style guide is huge and it takes time to learn. Thanks again for doing this work. toobigtokale (talk) 01:28, 24 February 2024 (UTC)
- Two more for now; please make sure the page has an appropriate WP:WikiProject template on the talk page. Usually it'll be Template:WikiProject Korea. And most importantly, please use at least two non-WP:PRIMARY sources when you create an article. One is not ok, and will possibly result in your article being deleted in the near future because it doesn't establish WP:NOTABILITY. toobigtokale (talk) 01:33, 24 February 2024 (UTC)
- @LandAndTree your new page Indo-Pacific Strategy of South Korea does not have WikiProjects or categories. Please add them. toobigtokale (talk) 11:27, 27 February 2024 (UTC)

Close paraphrasing
[edit]Hello! Thank you for your contributions on articles about South Korea. I noticed that in some of your edits, the text you add is very similar to the text in the source. Copying from the source, even if you switch around a few words, can be a form of plagiarism. Make sure that when you're taking information from a source, you write the article in your own words instead of copying the source almost exactly. See Wikipedia:Close paraphrasing for more information. Thanks again for your additions, it's always really helpful when the English Wikipedia gets more information about non-English speaking countries like South Korea. List of railway stations in South Korea moved to draftspace
[edit]An article you recently created, List of railway stations in South Korea, is not suitable as written to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:
" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page. Copying within Wikipedia requires attribution
[edit] Thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia. It appears that you copied or moved text from Foreign relations of South Korea into South Korea–Latin America relations. While you are welcome to re-use Wikipedia's content, here or elsewhere, Wikipedia's licensing does require that you provide attribution to the original contributor(s). When copying within Wikipedia, this is supplied at minimum in an edit summary at the page into which you've copied content, disclosing the copying and linking to the copied page, e.g., copied content from [[page name]]; see that page's history for attribution
. It is good practice, especially if copying is extensive, to also place a properly formatted {{copied}} template on the talk pages of the source and destination. Please provide attribution for this duplication if it has not already been supplied by another editor, and if you have copied material between pages before, even if it was a long time ago, you should provide attribution for that also. You can read more about the procedure and the reasons at Wikipedia:Copying within Wikipedia. Thank you. — Diannaa (talk) 19:17, 1 April 2024 (UTC)

The article History of Okcheon Country has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:
See WP:WHENSPLIT; this should be a section of the Okcheon County page. That page is not long enough to merit a split off article like this.
While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.
You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}}
notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.
Please consider improving the page to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}}
will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion.
This bot DID NOT nominate any of your contributions for deletion; please refer to the history of each individual page for details. Thanks, FastilyBot (talk) 10:00, 27 April 2024 (UTC)

Hello! It's nice to meet you and to see your editorial work in Korea. In my editing of entries involving South Korea, I realized that common creative 2.0 was still available in Flickr under President Moon Jae-in, but after President Yoon Seok-yeol was inaugurated, the new images became CC BY-NC, and couldn't be used in the wikipedia. Since my Korean reading capability is very low, I wonder if there are other media or ways to use the new images (during 2023-2024).

기브란 라카부밍 라카 moved to draftspace
[edit]Thanks for your contributions to 기브란 라카부밍 라카. Unfortunately, I do not think it is ready for publishing at this time because it has too many problems of language or grammar and you said you translated it, but you didn't. I have converted your article to a draft which you can improve, undisturbed for a while.
Please see more information at Help:Unreviewed new page. When the article is ready for publication, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page OR move the page back. I dream of horses (Hoofprints) (Neigh at me) 01:44, 21 October 2024 (UTC)

Hello, I noticed that you recently created a new page, 선저우 17호. First, thank you for your contribution; Wikipedia relies solely on the efforts of volunteers such as you. Unfortunately, the page you created covers a topic on which we already have a page – Shenzhou 17. Because of the duplication, your article has been tagged for speedy deletion. Please note that this is not a comment on you personally and we hope you will continue helping to improve Wikipedia. If the topic of the article you created is one that interests you, then perhaps you would like to help out at Shenzhou 17. If you have new information to add, you might want to discuss it at the article's talk page.
If you think the article you created should remain separate, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator, or if you have already done so, you can place a request here. Additionally if you would like to have someone review articles you create before they go live so they are not nominated for deletion shortly after you post them, allow me to suggest the article creation process and using our search feature to find related information we already have in the encyclopedia. Try not to be discouraged. Wikipedia looks forward to your future contributions. CycloneYoris talk! 02:16, 31 October 2024 (UTC)

Hello, I'm Qwerfjkl (bot). I have automatically detected that this edit performed by you, on the page 팔레스타인 난민, may have introduced referencing errors. They are as follows:
- A bare URL and missing title error. References show this error when they do not have a title. Please edit the article to add the appropriate title parameter to the reference. (Fix | Ask for help)
Please check this page and fix the errors highlighted. If you think this is a false positive, you can report it to my operator. Thanks, Qwerfjkl (bot) (talk) 00:53, 1 November 2024 (UTC)
Translating articles
[edit]Why are you translating English articles to Korean and then publishing them here? This is disruptive and pointless, since those articles already exist (and are likely to be tagged under speedy criterion A10). Please stop doing this. CycloneYoris talk! 00:55, 1 November 2024 (UTC)
