GA Nom for Adam Levine
[edit]Howdy- I recently reviewed your nomination for Adam Levine to become a good article. I did not feel that it currently met the criteria. However, looking at the fact that there are several editors (beyond yourself) who have significantly contributed to this article recently, I did decide to put it on hold for a week, to see if it can be brought up to par. You can find my review and suggestions for improvement here. I will let the other editors know. I will check back in within the next few days to see if progress is being made, and will make my decision in one week. Thank you for your contributions. PrairieKid (talk) 06:12, 6 April 2013 (UTC)
- Congrats! It passed! Welcome to GA, Adam Levine! Nice work GinaJay! PrairieKid (talk) 17:13, 13 April 2013 (UTC)
- Yeaah! And thank you PrairieKid for being a not-overly-critical-yet-reasonably-thorough reviewer. Cheers! GinaJay (talk) 18:43, 13 April 2013 (UTC)
- I added him to the GA Other Music list... Sorry, I completely forgot to do that. I'm glad you noticed. PrairieKid (talk) 14:34, 18 April 2013 (UTC)
DYK for The Age of Miracles (novel)
[edit]On 28 August 2013, Did you know? was updated with a fact from the article The Age of Miracles (novel), which you created or substantially expanded. The fact was ... that the book The Age of Miracles chronicles the fictional phenomenon of "slowing", in which one earth day takes longer to complete? The nomination discussion and review may be seen at Template:Did you know nominations/The Age of Miracles (novel). You are welcome to check how many hits the article got while on the front page (here's how, quick check) and it will be added to DYKSTATS if it got over 5,000. If you know of another interesting fact from a recently created article, then please suggest it on the Did you know? talk page. |

Barnstar
[edit]The Content Creativity Barnstar
For The Age of Miracles, apparently your first effort in creating an article. And a good one. — Daniel Case (talk) 03:56, 28 August 2013 (UTC) |
Full disclosure: I read this book last Christmas on my iPad's Kindle app, along with The Last Policeman, and thought about creating an article about it as well. But you got there first. So I just did some stuff around the edges. Good job! I'd like to see you do more of this. Daniel Case (talk) 03:56, 28 August 2013 (UTC)
- Ah, the joy of my first barnstar! Thank you, appreciate it very much. GinaJay (talk) 07:14, 29 August 2013 (UTC)
A Barnstar for you!
[edit]The "This Will be FA" Barnstar
I still have the Adam Levine page on my watchlist and have noticed you were continuing to edit it. I was going to come and ask if you were considering making it an FA. I was absolutely elated that you had already nominated it! Thanks for the work! I'll give it a once-over and see you on the review page. I am so sorry for the pun in this barnstar... I blame Maroon 5 for not making a song title I could use and forcing me to get creative. PrairieKid (talk) 17:02, 9 February 2014 (UTC) |
- Thank you for the barnstar, that means a lot! Also, the pun's pretty good - better than Moves Like FA, which is what I would have wrote, and is, admittedly, downright horrible. GinaJay (talk) 18:09, 10 February 2014 (UTC)

[edit]Speedy deletion nomination of Draft:Fleishman is in Trouble
[edit]If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.
You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.
A tag has been placed on Draft:Fleishman is in Trouble, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G11 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page seems to be unambiguous advertising which only promotes a company, group, product, service, person, or point of view and would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become encyclopedic. Please read the guidelines on spam and Wikipedia:FAQ/Organizations for more information.
If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator. DGG ( talk ) 10:12, 26 November 2019 (UTC)

Disambiguation link notification for January 15
[edit]Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited One Part Woman, you added links pointing to the disambiguation pages Tamil and The National (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)
It's OK to remove this message. Also, to stop receiving these messages, follow these opt-out instructions. Thanks, DPL bot (talk) 09:29, 15 January 2020 (UTC)

Organized vandalism
[edit]I invite your attention to certain biased editors, who are constantly vandalising pages like Rima Kallingal, Aashiq Abu, Syam Pushkaran etc. with their political grudge. You can see them in edit history of these pages and related pages. I like your writing style, vast research, neutral and factual informations, and the way you contribute to articles etc. If you are willing, I invite you to re-write some articles. Please let me know Regards SnehaRaphael1996 (talk) 16:58, 7 June 2020 (UTC)
- Hi @SnehaRaphael1996: I went through the pages you mentioned. I agree that the content relating to the flood relief controversy violates WP:WEIGHT, WP:RECENT, WP:EDITORIALIZING etc. and needs to be condensed to a few neutral sentences. I'm sorry but I currently don't have the time to research and rewrite them. You could try discussing the matter in the article's talk page with the editor (and hopefully encourage them to get a better idea of the policies mentioned above if they want to contribute constructively to Wikipedia). I hope reverts by biased IP editors don't deter you from keeping up the good work you do at WikiProject Kerala. Regards, GinaJay (talk) 11:08, 8 June 2020 (UTC)
