You have been identified as a valued contributor and your efforts are appreciated. We are honored to present you with the Valued Contributor Award and we thank you for donating your time, expertise and effort to Wikipedia. Keep up the good work. Thanks. (more details) |
First I must apologize for all of Wikipedia for not welcoming you. I also must thank you for putting up with all the stuff that Wikipedia throws at new users. And thank uou for the great articles you've been writing. But the biggest thanks is for your post at the Wiki Guides project. I joined a few months ago and know all the problems Wikipedia has being friendly to new users. I'm hoping that us new users can help to change that and make Wikipedia a more friendly place. I'm still learning things around here, but if I can help you with anything, please let me know. Thanks again. - Hydroxonium (H3O+) 06:30, 22 February 2011 (UTC)

Welcome, and RTI comment
[edit]Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia. I read your comments on the Wiki Guides talk page, and I was very pleased to see your interest in RTI. I have been trying to prevent an article called National RTI Forum from being filled with unsourced criticism and personal opinion. I live in California and have no special knowledge of India, but ran across this article and put it on my watch list. I've asked the editor to remove the bad content, and if he declines, I will do it myself. Perhaps I can help you learn some good Wikipedia practices, and maybe we can both benefit from working together. Let me know your thoughts. Cullen328 (talk) 15:34, 23 February 2011 (UTC)
- Hi Abhishek. I am the other editor on that impugned RTI article. As I understand it, you appear connected with the NeGP, perhaps with an interest in stakeholder feedback on a draft electronic services delivery bill of DIT (3 year penal provision for cyber impersonation ???). RobertRosen (talk) 18:08, 23 February 2011 (UTC)
- Sorry, based on your edits I thought you were connected with this. [1]. The emailID resolves to your namesake. RobertRosen (talk) 03:25, 24 February 2011 (UTC)
Hello there!
[edit]Hello Abhishek. I've been monitoring that National RTI Forum page too, but then, I don't know where that article is headed. Anyway, I have read your write up on the WikiGuides talk page, and I am in complete agreement with you. I'd like to call myself a WikiGnome, and trust me, I haven't seen many helpful people around. That of course, does not mean that there aren't such people at all. You seem to know a lot about Wikipedia, though becoming a member quite recently. I really appreciate that.
You know, when I first created my account here in 2006, I didn't really receive any welcome message or tips or anything of that sort. And when I did start editing in 2007, some of the only messages that I got were from automated bots(which is really frustrating!). But then, I started editing gradually, and here I am, calling myself a fairly experienced editor! I was discouraged, right from the start. Most of my edits were reverted, and the reverting editor usually used to give reasons like as per WP:BLP, WP:OR, WP:NOT, please read WP:5P, and stuff like that, which is cryptic to a new editor.
By the way, if you are residing in India, it would certainly be helpful if you could attend a Wikimeetup in your city. Currently, Frequent Wikimeetups happen in Bangalore and Mumbai(as per my knowledge), but Wikipedians also meet up in other cities and even smaller towns. If you need any assistance at any point of time, please contact me on my talk page. Regards, TheMike •Leave me a message! 20:02, 23 February 2011 (UTC)
Hello Mike,
Thank you for the most gracious welcome. I am sure just a handful of us would be able to reverse the trend of declining number of new editors on Wikipedia. Thank you for all your wonderful suggestions. I will definitely take note of them. I am also glad to know you work as WikiGnome. I am sure it will take me a while before I get to your level. Meanwhile if I could be of any assistance to you, help you review something that you are working on, or any other matter, feel free to get in touch via my talk page or email me. It would be my pleasure to assist.
abhishek singh (talk) 21:15, 23 February 2011 (UTC)
TheMike, there are some very antagonistic/aggressive people around who seem to think bullying novice editors is the way to raise standards at Wikipedia. I know people who have been driven away from editing at Wikipedia who would have produced very useful articles but aren't going to come back. However there are also some very helpful and positive-minded people around. TheMike, it sounds like you're one of the people making an effort, thanks for that. Abhishek, it sounds like you've got the confidence and competence to fend for yourself, best of luck and don't be put off. Opbeith (talk) 08:22, 26 February 2011 (UTC)

License tagging for File:RTIAward.jpg
[edit]Thanks for uploading File:RTIAward.jpg. You don't seem to have indicated the license status of the image. Wikipedia uses a set of image copyright tags to indicate this information; to add a tag to the image, select the appropriate tag from this list, click on this link, then click "Edit this page" and add the tag to the image's description. If there doesn't seem to be a suitable tag, the image is probably not appropriate for use on Wikipedia.

- Hello AbhisheksinghWIKI (talk · contribs). Thanks for your many contributions to Wikipedia. I have reviewed the above article and moved it to the mainspace, but I do have concerns over the wording. I have removed some material not conform the the neutral point of view guidelines and external links from the body of the text. To help you identify problematic wording, I have identified them with [weasel word] tags.
- Again, thank you for your quality contributions to the encyclopedia.

National RTI Awards
[edit]Hi I saw this in the sandbox. The article could be trimmed considerably. It is also bad form to upload an almost finished article. It is better to let it evolve slowly and organically so that interested editors can contribute. If you uploaded the article as it stands, editors (like me) would go through it ruthlessly with our red copyedit pencils and you may not like it. You also seem to have a POV in favour of this organisation and the people behind it. RobertRosen (talk) 10:37, 1 March 2011 (UTC)
- I have reviewed your article and references. My research indicates that these awards are fake awards given by a body with no official credibility. The name of the awards are deceptively titled to mislead that there is govt patronage. The usage of the term "National" is specifically prohibited by the "GUIDELINES UNDER ITEM 7 OF THE SCHEDULE TO EMBLEMS AND NAMES (PREVENTION OF IMPROPER USE) ACT, 1950" (item 4). [2]. There are many bodies giving awards for RTI. PCRF is only one of them. Wikipedia is an encyclopedia and cannot be used to mislead the readers/users. Kindly adjust the article accordingly to an NPOV standard. RobertRosen (talk) 11:28, 1 March 2011 (UTC)
- In view of the NPOV issues and other controversies in your article, I have created a new article NDTV RTI awards with a view to eventually move / merge. As the name of these awards are unclear, kindly see also Prof M.M Ansari's critique of these awards, we might have to eventually rename the article to something like "PCRF RTI awards". I am giving you sufficient time to accomodate my concerns as I don't believe in edit warring. I also feel that the article can be trimmed very considerably as befits an encyclopedia. - Hi AbhisheksinghWIKI, I just wanted to say your articles very good quality. Just so you know, you can create articles without having to submit them for review. You can create them by using the search bar. Typing in a non-existent title and pressing enter will take you to search results. At the top of the search results there is a red link that says "You may create this article". Clicking on that red link will create the article. You are welcome to continue to submit articles for review, but if you don't want to wait for it to be reviewed, you can make it yourself. Best wishes, Alpha Quadrant talk 19:27, 6 March 2011 (UTC)

Welcome!
[edit]Hi, and welcome to WikiProject Articles for creation! We are a group of editors who work together on the Articles for creation and Images for upload pages.
A few tips that you might find helpful:
- Please take time to fully read the reviewers' instructions before reviewing submissions.
- The project's discussion board is the best place to ask for help or advice. You might like to watchlist this page, and you are encouraged to take part in any discussion that comes up.
- Article submissions that need reviewing can be found in Category:Pending AfC submissions and there is also a useful list which is maintained by a bot.
- You might wish to add {{AFC status}} to your userpage, which will alert you to the number of open submissions. There is also a project userbox. If you haven't done so already, please consider adding your name to the list of participants.
- Several of our members monitor the #wikipedia-en-help connect IRC channel, and you are welcome to join in.
Once again, welcome to the project. — Martin (MSGJ · talk) 09:28, 8 March 2011 (UTC)

[edit]Blocked indefinitely as a sock puppet
You have been blocked indefinitely as a sock puppet that was created to violate Wikipedia policy. Note that multiple accounts are allowed, but using them for illegitimate reasons is not. If you are not a sock puppet, and would like to be unblocked, you may appeal this block by adding the text{{unblock|Your reason here ~~~~}} below, but you should read the guide to appealing blocks first. Tiptoety talk 20:56, 12 March 2011 (UTC) |
I have enabled talk page access. I do not believe that the blocking administrator intended to disable this as there is no reference to it in the block log, and it is not usual to do so unless a user is abusing their talk page while blocked, which is obviously not the case here. — Martin (MSGJ · talk) 12:34, 16 March 2011 (UTC)
AbhisheksinghWIKI (block log • active blocks • global blocks • contribs • deleted contribs • filter log • creation log • change block settings • unblock • checkuser (log))
Request reason:
I believe this is most likely a case of mistaken identity. None of my contributions or activities violate any Wikipedia policy. So there is no reason for the block. Fail to comprehend this action abhishek singh (talk) 14:10, 16 March 2011 (UTC)
Accept reason:
After discussing with checkusers and various other users, it seems that this editor has been mistakenly blocked. Therefore I have unblocked. Abhishek: sorry you have been subjected to this; please consider yourself completely exonerated. — Martin (MSGJ · talk) 19:18, 17 March 2011 (UTC)
{{Checkuser needed}}
Procedural note: this block is not about your contributions from this account, it relates to activity on other accounts. As the block was performed by a checkuser which relies on confidential information, this appeal must be considered by a checkuser. Therefore I have added the {{Checkuser needed}} template. I have also notified the checkuser who blocked you. In the meantime it may be helpful if you could comment on why you might have been associated with other accounts. — Martin (MSGJ · talk) 15:16, 16 March 2011 (UTC)

- Found socks listed at Category:Wikipedia sockpuppets of Funnyguy4love Ronhjones (Talk) 20:11, 16 March 2011 (UTC)
←Hi all (I received your email Tnxman307), sorry about the delay in my response both via email and here. I was traveling much of last week and am currently not at home. I should note that much of my block was based on technical evidence. The link between Funnyguy4love and AbhisheksinghWIKI is based on the fact that they both edit from the same smallish IP range, a /24 to be exact, both have the exact same useragent, and edit similar topic matters. Based on my experience, socks often use good hand/bad hand accounts to go about their business. Even though Funnyguy4love was primarily focused on spamming articles related to Haryana Technical Institute, AbhisheksinghWIKI also edited Indian related articles, such as Indira Awaas Yojana...that said, other factors could contribute to this. After reading over a very well written email from Tnxman307 to the functionaries emailing list regarding this, he proposed a different interpretation of the evidence which could prove this to be a false positive. As such, I will leave it to administrators to make an informed decision regarding this unblock request, and will respect whatever the outcome might be. Let me know if you require anymore clarification, Tiptoety talk 05:53, 17 March 2011 (UTC)
- Non-admin comment - I trust Tiptoety as an experienced CheckUser, but I should point out that Abhishek Singh has been peripherally involved with the Wiki Guides project and has been providing feedback of their experience as a new user. Also, Abhishek Singh has been contributing some good articles throught the AfC process as can be seen in the messages above on this talk page. Suggestion - My suggestion is to unblock until such time as an actual probelm occurs. To Abhishek Singh - I'm sorry you are blocked and apologize for that. I hope that you don't hold this against Wikipedia as these things sometimes happen when we are taking care of the problems Wikipedia has. Best regards. - Hydroxonium (T•C•V) 11:36, 17 March 2011 (UTC)
- I have little idea about the strength of the evidence in this case, but I do have my doubts that these are the same users. As the contributions from this account are entirely constructive, then I think we should probably give the benefit of the doubt in this case. We haven't heard back from Tnxman307 today so I don't know if there are any off-wiki conversations still ongoing. But in the absence of further developments I am willing to unblock. AbhisheksinghWIKI: it would be helpful to hear back from you, if only to confirm that you understand the accusations, and that you are familiar with and will abide by the WP:SOCK policy going forward. — Martin (MSGJ · talk) 16:25, 17 March 2011 (UTC)
- Abhishek Singh may be too new to know what we are talking about, so I will clarify.
- To Abhishek Singh - You were blocked in the belief that you used the account Funnyguy4love to add external links to Wikipedia for promotional purposes, which is not allowed. Also, that you have multiple accounts other than AbhisheksinghWIKI but have not declared that they all belong to the same user, which is also not allowed. Could you please confirm or deny that you have multiple accounts? Sorry for having to put you through this. Best regards. - Hydroxonium (T•C•V) 17:13, 17 March 2011 (UTC)
- Thanks Hydroxonium for clarifying it to Abhishek Singh. I too have doubts in this. Abhishek Singh's contribs were genuine, and he was quite an active contributor. This might be a misunderstanding. Hope it is cleared out as soon as possible. Yes Michael? •Talk 17:21, 17 March 2011 (UTC)
Dear all,
I have read and understood what WP:Sock is all about. I also confirm that I do not have any other accounts. I also understand the technical evidence that could have pointed against me. That is because in India, my ISP is BSNL which can explain the smallish IP range issue. A look at Category:Wikipedia sockpuppets of Funnyguy4love suggests a rather long list for one person to manage. As for the matter of similar topics, I edit a range of articles from government to geography to social issues to economics but mostly around India-related topics. So I am not sure what gave rise to that confusion. All in all most importantly, I am thankful to all who have supported me in this matter. I am available for any further clarification that may be needed on my part to resolve this matter.
My sincere thanks to one and all for helping to resolve this matter.
regards
abhishek singh (talk) 18:19, 17 March 2011 (UTC)
- Thanks for the reply, Abhishek Singh. Sorry that this has happened to you.
- To reviewing admins - I cannot see deleted contribs, but from what I can tell, Funnyguy4love made 16 edits that were all spam and all deleted. Whereas, Abhishek Singh has made 1,500 in the first month of being here. I think it would be reasonable to unblock. Thanks. - Hydroxonium (T•C•V) 18:52, 17 March 2011 (UTC)
- Sorry I'm late with this post, I thought I had this page on my watchlist. However, I agree with Martin about unblocking. If there's anything else with which I can assist, please let me know. TNXMan 19:21, 17 March 2011 (UTC)
I sincerely wish to thank one and all who have taken the time and effort to resolve this matter. Eternity as it might have seemed for me, my account was actually blocked for just 5 days. Orphaned non-free image File:RTIAward.jpg
[edit]Thanks for uploading File:RTIAward.jpg. The image description page currently specifies that the image is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, the image is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the image was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that images for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).
If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of "file" pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "File" from the dropdown box. Note that any non-free images not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described in the criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. Skier Dude2 (talk) 04:37, 21 April 2011 (UTC)

Help Required
[edit]Hey there fellow ambassador, could you please help me out. The work out load out here is a bit too high right now and I thought it best to share some. Can you just review the article contribs of the students from this group, you will find all the links from the table, Wikipedia:India Education Program/Courses/Fall 2011/Economics of the Social Sector Year 2 Group B#Students. Thanks a bunch...I'll handle the other classes. Please do update me also.
Debastein1 (talk) 19:49, 15 October 2011 (UTC)
Let me know how I can help. I would gladly assist abhishek singh (talk) 04:03, 17 October 2011 (UTC)
- Questions of copyvios are high. Could you just review the articles as per the table and do a search on each of them for copyvios. Here is the link to the table. There are students who have created sanboxes instead of editing the chosen topic in main space at our behest as they were creating a lot of copyvios, hopefully most of the sandbox links are there. I'll try to update the list by today, but you have to check their userspaces for copyvios also. A nice idea to decrease the workload is if you find a decent article on their userspace, nominate it for Articles for creation. However I must warn you that there are certain userspaces which are just blocks of text with no formatting at all. We need to identify these students and then the Campus Ambassadors can reach them and teach them Wikimarkup. For any queries, feel free to contact me.
- Thanks for the assistance, we really need it at this point of time. The problem of copyvios has become as major issue, just check out, Wikipedia talk:India Education Program.
- Regards,
- Your friendly neighbourhood Campus Ambassador

[edit]Hey Abhishek, I saw that you have put a lot of articles under the Wikiproject, Wikipedia:WikiProject Articles for creation. Could you please give me some detail as to how I go about nominating an article from my user space, to this Wikiproject so that it may be put up in main space without any hiccups?? Thanks a bunch. Debastein1 (talk) 22:46, 15 October 2011 (UTC)
I used the Wikipedia: Article Wizards at WP:WIZARD abhishek singh (talk) 04:08, 17 October 2011 (UTC)
- But would this not require to start the whole article afresh using this?? I was asking, say I already created an article on sandbox and want to nominate it for ARC!! --Debastein1 (talk) 11:40, 17 October 2011 (UTC)
- No need. Just go straight to WP:WIZGO and nominate the sandboxes that you want to be reviewed. And submit their links

Feedback Dashboard task force
[edit]Hi AbhisheksingWIKI,
Since you were a part of the WikiGuides project, I thought I'd give you a heads-up about a new way you can help/mentor newbies on en.wiki: we've recently released a feature called the Feedback Dashboard, a queue that updates in real time with feedback and editing questions from new registered contributors who have attempted to make at least one edit. Steven Walling and I are putting together a task force for experienced Wikipedians who might be interested in monitoring the queue and responding to the feedback: details are here at Wikipedia:Feedback Dashboard. Please sign up if you're interested in helping out! Thanks, Maryana (WMF) (talk) 21:53, 7 November 2011 (UTC)

WikiProject India Tag & Assess 2012 Contest
[edit]Hello friends, we are a number of editors from WikiProject India have got together to assess the many thousands of articles under the stewardship of the project, and we'd love to have you, a fellow member, join us. These articles require assessment, that is, the addition of a WikiProject template to the talk page of an article, assessing it for quality and importance and adding a few extra parameters to it.
As of March 11, 2012, 07:00 UTC, WikiProject India has 95,998 articles under its stewardship. Of these 13,980 articles are completely unassessed (both for class and importance) and another 42,415 articles are unassessed for importance only. Accordingly, a Tag & Assess 2012 drive-cum-contest has begun from March 01, 2012 to last till May 31, 2012.
If you are new to assessment, you can learn the minimum about how to evaluate from Part One of the Assessment Guide. Part Two of the Guide will help you learn to employ the full functionality of the talk page template, should you choose to do so.
You can sign up on the Tag & Assess page. There are a number of awards to be given in recognition of your efforts. Come & join us to take part in this exciting new venture. You'll learn more about India in this way.

Articles for Creation Appeal

Speedy deletion nomination of The Landmark Hotel
[edit]If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.
You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.
A tag has been placed on The Landmark Hotel, requesting that it be deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under two or more of the criteria for speedy deletion, by which articles can be deleted at any time, without discussion. If the page meets any of these strictly-defined criteria, then it may be soon be deleted by an administrator. The reasons it has been tagged are:
- It seems to be unambiguous advertising which only promotes a company, product, group, service or person and would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become encyclopedic. (See section G11 of the criteria for speedy deletion.) Please read the guidelines on spam and Wikipedia:FAQ/Business for more information.
- It appears to be a clear copyright infringement. (See section G12 of the criteria for speedy deletion.) For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images borrowed from other web sites or printed material, and as a consequence, your addition will most likely be deleted. You may use external websites as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences. This part is crucial: say it in your own words. Wikipedia takes copyright violations very seriously and persistent violators will be blocked from editing.
If the external website belongs to you, and you want to allow Wikipedia to use the text — which means allowing other people to modify it — then you must verify that externally by one of the processes explained at Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials. If you are not the owner of the external website but have permission from that owner, see Wikipedia:Requesting copyright permission. However, even if you use one of these processes to release copyrighted material to Wikipedia, it still needs to comply with the other policies and guidelines to be eligible for inclusion. If you would like any assistance with this, you can ask a question at the help desk.
If you think that the page was nominated in error, contest the nomination by clicking on the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion" in the speedy deletion tag. Doing so will take you to the talk page where you can explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. You can also visit the page's talk page directly to give your reasons, but be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but do not hesitate to add information that is consistent with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. — westeros91 (talk) 09:43, 2 July 2012 (UTC)
Nomination of The Landmark Hotel for deletion
[edit]A discussion is taking place as to whether the article The Landmark Hotel is suitable for inclusion in Wikipedia according to Wikipedia's policies and guidelines or whether it should be deleted.
The article will be discussed at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/The Landmark Hotel until a consensus is reached, and anyone is welcome to contribute to the discussion. The nomination will explain the policies and guidelines which are of concern. The discussion focuses on high-quality evidence and our policies and guidelines.
Users may edit the article during the discussion, including to improve the article to address concerns raised in the discussion. However, do not remove the article-for-deletion template from the top of the article. — westeros91 (talk) 19:36, 2 July 2012 (UTC)

Articles for creation is desperately short of reviewers! We are looking for urgent help, from experienced editors, in reviewing submissions in the pending submissions queue. Currently there are 1806 submissions waiting to be reviewed and many help requests at our help desk.
If the answer to these questions is yes, then please read the reviewing instructions and donate a little of your time to helping tackle the backlog. You might wish to add {{AFC status}} or {{AfC Defcon}} to your userpage, which will alert you to the number of open submissions.
Plus, reviewing is easy when you use our new semi-automated reviewing script!

IMPORTANT CHANGES: We have modified the selection of articles SuggestBot suggests and altered the design to incorporate more information about the articles, as described in this explanation.
Note: All columns in this table are sortable, allowing you to rearrange the table so the articles most interesting to you are shown at the top. All images have mouse-over popups with more information.
Changes to SuggestBot's suggestions
[edit]We have changed the number of suggested articles and which categories they are selected from. The number of stubs has been greatly reduced, the number of articles needing sources doubled, and two new categories added (orphans and unencyclopaedic articles). We have also modified the layout of the suggestions and added sortable columns with various types of information about each article. The first two columns are:
- Views/Day
- Daily average number of views an article's had over the past 14 days.
- Quality
- Predicted article quality on a 1- to 3-star scale. Placing your cursor over the stars should give you a pop-up describing the article's quality (Low/Medium/High), current assessment class, and predicted assessment class.
The method we use to predict article quality also allows us to assess whether an article might need specific types of work in order to improve its quality. The work needed might not correspond to cleanup tags added to the article, since our method is not based on those. We have added five columns reflecting this work assessment, where a red X indicates improvement is needed. Placing your cursor over an X should give you a pop-up with a short description of the work needed. The five columns seek to answer the following five questions:
- Content
- Is more content needed?
- Headings
- Does this article have an appropriate section structure?
- Images
- Is the number of illustrative images about right?
- Links
- Does this article link to enough other Wikipedia articles?
- Sources
- For its length, is there an appropriate number of citations to sources in this article?

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page. Asian 10,000 Challenge invite
[edit]Hi. The Wikipedia:WikiProject Asia/The 10,000 Challenge has recently started, based on the UK/Ireland Wikipedia:The 10,000 Challenge and Wikipedia:WikiProject Africa/The 10,000 Challenge. The idea is not to record every minor edit, but to create a momentum to motivate editors to produce good content improvements and creations and inspire people to work on more countries than they might otherwise work on. There's also the possibility of establishing smaller country or regional challenges for places like South East Asia, Japan/China or India etc, much like Wikipedia:The 1000 Challenge (Nordic). For this to really work we need diversity and exciting content and editors from a broad range of countries regularly contributing. At some stage we hope to run some contests to benefit Asian content, a destubathon perhaps, aimed at reducing the stub count would be a good place to start, based on the current Wikipedia:WikiProject Africa/The Africa Destubathon which has produced near 200 articles in just three days. If you would like to see this happening for Asia, and see potential in this attracting more interest and editors for the country/countries you work on please sign up and being contributing to the challenge! This is a way we can target every country of Asia, and steadily vastly improve the encyclopedia. We need numbers to make this work so consider signing up as a participant! Thank you. --Ser Amantio di NicolaoChe dicono a Signa?Lo dicono a Signa. 00:59, 20 October 2016 (UTC)

Controversial dispute against Nehru college.
[edit]Hello Abhisheksingh I need your help to delete " http://en.wiki.x.io/wiki/Nehru_College_of_Engineering_and_Research_Centre" this Wikipedia page of Nehru college. Narasimham Committee on Banking Sector Reforms
[edit]Hi! I recently visited the page Narasimham Committee on Banking Sector Reforms (1998) that you created. I initiated a page move to Narasimham Committee on Banking Sector Reforms, since I felt that the year might not be required as part of the name as per WP: PRECISE. However, I reversed the move once I found out about the earlier Narasimham Committee. Still, I wanted to discuss this with you, and understand your thoughts on this. Considering that the earlier committee was called the Narasimham Committee on the Financial System, is there any particular reason why the article name should contain the year? Look forward to your thoughts on this. Thanks a lot! Shobhit102 | talk 04:53, 21 May 2018 (UTC)
The article ChannelGain has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:
Not a notable software product; appears to be defunct, and most references are about the industry as a whole. Only detailed refs are (dead links) to the company itself, or its press releases.
While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.
You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}}
notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.
Please consider improving the page to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}}
will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. power~enwiki (π, ν) 21:49, 14 August 2018 (UTC)

WikiProject India 10,000 Challenge
