NHL goaltender decision
I saw your edit with clarifying comments. I didn't know that goaltender decision is based upon who lets in the game-winning goal. Thanks for clarifying that.--Fogeltje (talk) 08:41, 22 March 2010 (UTC)

No personal attack was meant toward Freshfighter9, only a description of his actions. Hey Resolute! How long! I finally nominated Rio de Janeiro bid for the 2016 Summer Olympics for Featured Article status, and I wish your review on it, as you passed this article to the Good Article status. Best regards; Felipe Menegaz 21:10, 2 April 2010 (UTC)

Pre-emptive indefinite semi-protection of John Laws
Hi Resolute,
Thank you for your support. As you may have noticed, the discussion has now been archived here.
I care a lot about this case and its more general implications. Could you please let me know how I can escalate it? I have seen many admin abuses before and some of them were even more disturbing, but this stands out as one of the most indefensible ones.
I have left a similar note to MickMacNee.
Thanks. 124.87.97.84 (talk) 13:46, 6 April 2010 (UTC)
- Truthfully, that situation seems to be stuck in a stalemate. Your best bet, I think, would be to make the effort to improve that article. Casliber has promised to lift the protection if someone is willing to do that, and since you are interested in the article, that would be the cleanest route forward. Thanks
Thanks for spotting and correcting my mistake on 2009–10 Calgary Flames season, sometimes these typo's or copy/paste mistakes sneak in and remain unnoticed. For some reason, when I double check my entry before submitting there's never a mistake but whenever I skip the double check there is one and thus makes it into the article ;) Guess it's a Murphy's Law. I'm glad this season is over. Hopefully better luck next year. Can't wait.--Fogeltje (talk) 11:58, 12 April 2010 (UTC)
Navbox Image
I have to say I love that image everytime this debate comes up. It really is the perfect example of just how bad a trend these navboxes have become. I wish the entire wiki would wipe them out completely and then come up with a much more clean way to do it from scratch. As they do have some uses, but the current system is just rediculous. -DJSasso (talk) 16:33, 16 April 2010 (UTC)
- The navbox problem is a pretty epic fail, I agree. That reminds me that I should probably get back to removing the draft pick and coaches navboxes, though the tedium pretty much stopped me. Resolute 17:03, 16 April 2010 (UTC)

Vancouver Canucks Media Guide
Hello, I recently asked a question on the [Canucks task force page] about division championships since I have been having trouble sourcing the period of time when the NHL had Divisional Playoffs. I was hoping that some one would have a Canucks Media Guide to help me source the correct number of championships, and DJSasso (talk) mentioned that he thought you had Media guides for all teams. I was hoping you could help me with this issue, essentially I need a reference that the Canucks won a division Championship in 1981-82 and did not win one in 1991-92 and 1992-93 before I attempted to get List of Vancouver Canucks seasons to FL status. Any help would be greatly appreciated--Mo Rock...Monstrous (talk) 19:31, 19 April 2010 (UTC)

D 400 template
I voted the same way you did. I liked your comment "attempt to link articles with a non-defining attribute." Would you care to elaborate on this a bit more? I think you have hit on something that I would like to remember for future use. The articles are cities/places. Is the road a "non-defining attribute"? Student7 (talk) 14:38, 23 April 2010 (UTC)
in common
We have some things in common. One is Wikicup. I am in the second round but it will be very close whether or not I make the third round.
Another is policy ideas. You wrote "Generally, this guideline should reflect core policy: WP:V, WP:NPOV, WP:NOR, etc. As a reflection of policy, it should not be made into policy itself."
Do you firmly believe this? This statement was so convincing that I changed my opinion about changing a guideline to a policy. So would you, in theory, be opposed to a policy based on another guideline? In theory, the policy might be made more broad (and less of repeating a guideline) or the policy rewritten to just govern broad policy and the guideline govern some more specific?
If so, I would like to begin a short discussion with you. Suomi Finland 2009 (talk) 21:48, 25 April 2010 (UTC)
Look here: WP:ONEEVENT. This is a guideline. It is neutrally written. It says that "If the event is highly significant, and the individual's role within it is a large one, a separate article is generally appropriate", if not, then no article. I like the neutrality that this guideline's language uses.
Now look here:
WP:BLP1E. This is a policy. It is a mess. The mess includes:
1. It refers to the main document (link) as the WP:ONEEVENT guideline. A policy should not point to a guideline, it's vice versa. Links for info are ok but not the link that say "Main" as in main article.
2. The policy is not written in a neutral fashion. It basically is prohibits articles on people known for one event, except in exceptional cases.
3. The policy conflicts with the main guideline that it refers to. (see 1 and 2)
People should not decide on what to do based on their goals. Deletionists should not try to make things so difficult so that no article qualifies. Inclusionists should not try to say anything goes. What we should do is to make the policy and guidelines compatible. Actually, the guideline is written better than the policy. The policy might read that caution should be given about writing about one event people be somewhat vague. The guideline should then refer to the policy and give more specific advice. The guidelines would be subject to change more often and the policy would, hopefully, not change as often.
Let's discuss this before acting further. A study group working on this (you and me to begin with) might not be a bad idea. Suomi Finland 2009 (talk) 22:38, 25 April 2010 (UTC)
What administrator has a good reputation, is well respected, and might understand this issue? The next thing to do would be to discuss among all 3 of us how to reword it. Once we agree, we can present a well thought of idea. If I, for example, just go there now and suggest, the product would not be as well thought out as if we discussed things first. This is not collusion but thoughtfulness. Suomi Finland 2009 (talk) 22:56, 25 April 2010 (UTC)

BLP ideas
Please review the following and let me know if my idea is too wacky. I do not want to propose a wacky idea.
Existing version
Subjects notable only for one event
Policy shortcut: WP:BLP1E
Main page: Wikipedia:Notability (people)#People notable only for one event
Wikipedia is not news, or an indiscriminate collection of information. Merely being in the news does not imply someone should be the subject of Wikipedia article. If reliable sources cover the person only in the context of a single event, and if that person otherwise remains, or is likely to remain, a low-profile individual, we should generally avoid having an article on them. Biographies in these cases can give undue weight to the event and conflict with neutral point of view. In such cases, it is usually better to merge the information and redirect the person's name to the event article. If the event is significant and the individual's role within it is substantial, a separate biography may be appropriate. Individuals notable for well-documented events, such as John Hinckley, Jr., fit into this category. The significance of an event or individual should be indicated by how persistent the coverage is in reliable sources.
Reason for replacement: You understand it well. A policy referring to the main article, which is a guideline, a policy which is not as well written as the guideline, etc.
Possible replacement
Subjects notable only for one event
Policy shortcut: WP:BLP1E
Main page: Wikipedia:Notability (people)#People notable only for one event
Wikipedia is not news, or an indiscriminate collection of information. Merely being in the news does not imply someone should be the subject of Wikipedia article.
Wikipedia:Notability (people) offers guidelines as to inclusion of subjects notable only for one event.

Thanks. I start thinking about the long version. How about the contradiction? Guideline says beware, maybe but policy has evolved into a "prohibited unless Hinckley" Suomi Finland 2009 (talk) 14:27, 28 April 2010 (UTC)
new
The BLP1E section refers to the "main" article. You agreed that the main article was better written. Since it wasn't too long, I pasted it to BLP1E. NHL/Stanley Cup Titles
so the Canadiens have 25 right? Warriorshockey1 (talk) 16:05, 9 May 2010 (UTC)
- 25 NHL titles and 24 stanley cups. The Stanley cup wasn't always the championship trophy of the league. -DJSasso (talk) 17:00, 9 May 2010 (UTC)
- Yeah. It gets confusing because the Stanley Cup wasn't the NHL championship for the first ten years of the league's existence. The Canadiens have 25 NHL titles, 24 Stanley Cups and 23 Stanley Cups as members of the NHL. They won the NHL titles in 1919 (O'Brien Trophy) and 1925 (PoW Trophy) but failed to win the Stanley Cup in either of those two seasons. Resolute 17:02, 9 May 2010 (UTC)

Are you an administrator? Kingjeff (talk) 19:16, 11 May 2010 (UTC)
- I recently started WikiProject Association Football competitions. There are a couple people who disagree with this WikiProject being set-up. Namely Jmorrison230582 has an issue with it. He/she has made several edits like this one. And I have readded the template without deleting the other template he is using. As showen here he even called my actions as "Perverse behaviour" which I am taking great offence to. So, what do you think should be done about this? Kingjeff (talk) 19:29, 11 May 2010 (UTC)
Let's point out a few facts here. WP:FOOTY already covers all the areas that Kingjeff's new "project" claims to cover. Indeed, there is a dedicated task force (WP:SEASONS) that covers competitions in more detail. Instead of notifying that project or that task force, Kingjeff set up a new project without going through the due process of WP:COUNCIL. Since people have started pointing these facts out to Kingjeff, this user has taken ownership of that project and has blatantly disregarded those valid points. Jmorrison230582 (talk) 19:48, 11 May 2010 (UTC)
It's too hard of a sell since they're trying to delete the project. Is there anyway you ca nrevert and protect the page. Kingjeff (talk) 16:40, 12 May 2010 (UTC)
- As an uninvolved admin, I think you might want to let this one go. They are right, you are just duplicating another project that is already in existance. Instead of arguing with them why don't you just try and work with them and make sure the existing project covers what you want it to cover. No use wasting yours and others time on duplicating work. -DJSasso (talk) 16:51, 12 May 2010 (UTC)

You made an interesting comment to me before. Rather than cutting and pasting your comment, why not make the comment yourself. I posted in the talk page but no response for days. See http://en.wiki.x.io/wiki/Wikipedia_talk:Biographies_of_living_persons#BLP1E
Basically, that section lists a Wikipedia guideline as the main article. The main article (http://en.wiki.x.io/wiki/Wikipedia:Notability_(people)#People_notable_only_for_one_event ) is not very long, just about 4 short paragraphs. It gives clear examples. It is neutral. However, the short version ( http://en.wiki.x.io/wiki/Wikipedia_talk:Biographies_of_living_persons#BLP1E ) is not neutral and basically says no articles are permitted except for Hinckley type cases. I have both pasted the 4 short paragraphs as a replacement and also pasted a short summary of the 4 paragraphs. One person doesn't like it.
What I am asking you is not just another vote. What I am asking is that you know how to express your opinion and have a logical opinion (I need to read it again but I remember it was wise). Suomi Finland 2009 (talk) 21:04, 15 May 2010 (UTC)

Hit the nail right on the head....
Have to say I think you hit the nail right on the head there (in your comment on Chris's talk). I was pretty much willing to do whatever it took to get Chris's changes through as long as he was willing to discuss other ways to try and solve how we group information together. But the minute Andy stepped in and went straight for the you must do it our way approach that was it. I think my frustration comes from the fact the hockey project is an extremly easy to work with group of people that have back and forth discussions dispite having extremely opposite views sometimes (like the diacritics), that when I encounter someone who refuses to work with others to come to a solution that works for both that it becomes impossible to deal with them. -DJSasso (talk) 18:38, 1 June 2010 (UTC)
- Incase you aren't watching Chris's talk page anymore. Andy has made a statement about your attacks on him possibly being malicious. Not that his statement holds much weight when he does the same thing about other people all the time. -DJSasso (talk) 15:09, 3 June 2010 (UTC)

Pierre Mcguire
Hi Resolute. You were helping me little over a year ago edit Pierre McGuire's section. I finally submitted what I thought was a solidly sourced edit but it was not accepted. I looked up the person who denied my entry and from their background and their response to my entry it is clear they don't have the hockey knowledge needed for this task. I wrote him and told him that and asked if you could oversee my changes instead. Here is what my proposed addition looks like now, I did take into account his comments and made some slight changes.
While some people enjoy McGuire's analysis and commentary his style does lend itself to criticism. In the past McGuire himself has stated his desire to broadcast "obnoxiously" (1) and in the eyes of some he has succeeded. Even members of the media, which are normally very reserved in their criticism of peers, have taken shots at McGuire. Some have pointed to his lack of credibility as analyst due to dubious performance as a hockey executive (2) while others have mocked his style as a broadcaster (3).
Sources

The three sources are all credible, especially when it comes to matters relating to hockey. As you know McGuire has many detractors but finding members of the media from sources Wikipedia deems credible willing to write critical articles about McGuire is very difficult because they are essentially criticizing themselves and cannibalising the industry in which they are employed. As the McGuire entry reads now it is one sided, my proposed entry creates better balance and more accurately reflects the views of the hockey world. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Mitch macdonald (talk • contribs) 03:01, 8 June 2010 (UTC)

Thanks for looking it over. I wasn't in any rush or anything, so its all good. As for the see also section, there is some dispute over that. He had said that he wanted to quit, but he kept getting offers to play, which is in the article. Reading over the sources, I got the impression that while he said he was done, it might have just been another case of him being frustrated with everything, and he probably would go back. He also never exactly retired, so it is kind of uncertain, which is why the link is still there. But I'll go through the article once more here, and then off to FAC for it. Wasn't Hall (if I'm not mistaken) born in Kingston, Ontario? All hockey databases (and his OHL profile) list it, but our article lists Red Deer/Calgary (in history). Since you're more involved with this article than I am, whats up with this? Connormah (talk | contribs) 22:32, 23 June 2010 (UTC)

Taylor Hall disambiguation
Your deletion of a disambiguation page Taylor Hall (disambiguation) shows up on my Watchlist. Checking my NRHP source, i see there is at least one National Register of Historic Places-listed building named Taylor Hall, and I further see that is ambiguous with name of a hockey player whose article is currently at Taylor Hall. I think i must have created the dab page or edited it. I imagine there are other people and places of this name. Could you please restore, and/or provide a copy of what you deleted so that i may restore it. --doncram (talk) 03:11, 28 June 2010 (UTC)
- It's notable, as it is listed on the NRHP, which means it meets objective criteria for historic notability established by the National Register, and it went thru many levels of review, and extensive documentation is available (at least upon request to the National Register). I'll just start the article at Taylor Hall (Hawkinsville, Georgia), now. Please do restore the dab page. Thanks. --doncram (talk) 05:07, 28 June 2010 (UTC)
- P.S. I think you may be unfamiliar with dab page policy/guidelines with respect to redlinks. The redlink entry i would have put on the dab page would have been supported by a bluelink to National Register of Historic Places listings in Pulaski County, Georgia, an article which shows the same redlink in meaningful context. That, plus the topic being notable, suffice to satisfy MOS:DABRL, the specific policy/guideline on redlinks in dab pages. It was thus a valid entry, so the dab page shouldn't have been deleted, losing that. I am not sure, but I think if the dab page only included the 2 hockey players of that name, then it would still have been valid. Certainly with 3 valid items on the page, the dab page is justified. Although the redlink with its supporting bluelink would have sufficed, in response to your request I did create the NRHP article, with just National Register database info for now. Thanks. --doncram (talk) 05:16, 28 June 2010 (UTC)

Please consider rewording...
Your comments here, which I greatly sympathize with, are probably a bit over the top (and if you look around you'll see that I've used some fairly strong language recently...) and might get you into trouble as a personal attack. If you haven't already done so, commenting in the RfC proper would be helpful though... Thanks... Hobit (talk) 01:47, 3 July 2010 (UTC)
- I appreciate the concern, but I am going to let my comments stand. I believe Kevin's comments and attitude justifies my remarks, and I am not inclined to mince words with someone hell bent on damaging the project. Resolute 01:58, 3 July 2010 (UTC)
- I personally 100% agree with Resolute on the essence of the comment (I was coming here to support him!) but indeed Hobit is right. Personal attacks are never the right thing to do, and especially more so with people we often disagree with -it brings you on the wrong side. You can easily argue that his views are destructive without attacking the editor. --Cyclopiatalk 13:27, 3 July 2010 (UTC)

Wikicup
I saw on the discussion page of the S Line (hockey) that you were participating in the Wikicup and just wanted to see if you were interested in competing a FL I started awhile back. I started to bring the List of Los Angeles Kings players up to FL status but it took so long to impute all of the stats and tables with the sort system that I got sick of working on the page. It needs an intro, alt text and the captions need to be rewritten or referenced, and it could probably use some minor cleanup, but it shouldn't take too long to complete. At this point I have no intention of coming back to this page anytime soon but part of me feels like it's a waste to have done that much work and not have the page put up for FLC. I thought it might help you in the Cup standings as a FLC might be easier to get through with all of the back log of GAC right now. Good luck regardless.--Mo Rock...Monstrous (talk) 14:52, 15 July 2010 (UTC)

Just a couple more Q's
Sorry to bother you again, but I have a few more questions on reviewing and thanks for the last reply
- What does Prose mean? (referring to Wikipedia:Good article criteria, 1.a)
- I looked over some reviews and saw they were being rated by fail and pass symbols on each question of the criteria, and then at the end there is a overall rating, how do you work out the overall rating?
- Can reviews be done over time?
- How do you offically decide if the article passes or not?
- Does all the reviews have to start by rating by the criteria and then have a couple of paragraph's at the end?
Thanks, Mr.Kennedy1 (talk) 18:27, 24 July 2010 (UTC)

- I think he was just frustrated more than anything. It seemed clear that he feels his idea is so obvious he can't understand why there is no support. Working in a collaborative environment can be challenging in that way, and I'll give him the benefit of the doubt on that point. There are a great many things that are obvious to me are in need of changing, but I can't because you bastids seem to have other ideas. ;) I'd say just back off and let the topic die naturally. AJHL Playoffs

- Thanks, would you suggest the Calgary Sun for microfilming the playoff brackets? Or another paper? DMighton (talk) 21:49, 23 August 2010 (UTC)
- Oh man... I'm immune to microfilming now! lol I've probably collected 500 sets of standings via microfilm since Jan 2006... not a big deal. Ummm... I did send an e-mail to the league and got nothing... I might try their commissioner next if I can find an e-mail address for him... then I'll have to order microfilms if there is no luck. DMighton (talk) 22:41, 23 August 2010 (UTC)
- I think all my teen years spent salmon fishing with my dad made me immune to motion sickness. lol.... my record, I think, is eight hours straight... but those were Windsor Star... so I had them right at my finger tips... I don't get nearly as many reels from the National Archive when I do out of province stuff. I just e-mailed the AJHL's President... so hopefully there will be a trickle down effect. DMighton (talk) 22:50, 23 August 2010 (UTC)
- Nice find. I found those brackets on the Hockey Canada website a few months ago on the 1999 RBC page. I took those playoff stats though... thanks. For the AJHL and SJHL, I have 1998-99 and 2005-06 to present -- as opposed to OHA Jr. A, MJHL, or BCHL, in which I have every year. Just like the AJHL and SJHL, I have similar problems with the CJHL, Quebec, and Maritime leagues as well... lol. A bit of work cut out for me.
- Right now I am rebuilding the history, game-by-game, for the Post-1970 Mowat Cup... then I plan to do the Doyle Cup... game-by-game... then the Abbott Cup... Game-by-Game.... I've already got most of the Dudley Hewitt Cup, Fred Page Cup, Callaghan Cup, Hewitt-Dudley Memorial Trophy and regional trophies like the Veitch Memorial Trophy (NL), Buckland Trophy (OHA), and Turnbull Cup (MAN)... just a matter of filling in gaps. Duncan Macpherson (hockey player who disappeared)
Not sure why my useful edits keep getting obliterated. The new text does not contain any footnotes or references, and in fact it is more skeletal and contains less facts than my verbiage, and is therefore less informative. If you can demonstrate that what I posted is factually inaccurate, I'd love to see it. Please don't undo my edits without discussing with me first. It is being challenged as the tone is not encyclopedic and is laced with peacock terms. I would advise you to read Wikipedia's policies on building concensus and edit warring. At present, there are two editors opposing the tone of your changes. It is incumbent on you to not re-add your content without first gaining consensus to do so. If you continue to war over the article, you will be blocked from editing. Resolute 13:35, 30 August 2010 (UTC)

I have read, and disagree with the accusation that I have contributed peacock. I also don't appreciate heavy handed threats and your personal slam that I am "warring". Wikipedia was not founded on the idea of one person's opinion being worth more than another. Just because the words I chose are not the ones you would choose does not make my contribution peacock.
You removed my factual reference to the temperature conditions in Austria - what makes reference to weather "peacock"? Its extremely relevant to, when talking about the disappearance of the person in the wilderness, to note what weather they were facing, and how it compared to what they have been accustomed to handling in their life. Someone disappears, you want to know if they perhaps encountered conditions they had never before experienced.
Your words re the last sighting being on a chairlift - please quote your reference on that. I have not read or heard that anywhere. The Esquire article states, "Duncan told Walter that after snowboarding for a while longer, he might hike one of the trails in the mountains that cradle the glacier. It was a beautiful day. They shook hands and said goodbye." That was the last known sighting of Duncan, walking out of the ski shop toward the wilderness after shaking hands with the employee of the shop (Walter). Where do you get a chairlift sighting out of that?

You removed my reference to the job in Scotland being with an upstart club - why? Your going to question every adjective a person posts? Again, read the Esquire article http://www.esquire.com/features/the-game/ESQ0104-JAN_GAME, the author refers to Duncan himself having "gut doubt" about the situation in Scotland. Its a hockey team in Scotland - Scotland! Not a hockey hotbed. Calling a hockey team located in Scotland "upstart" is in no way out of bounds.
My verbiage refers to his stint with the islanders coming to an unhappy end - read the esquire article, "Sitting there in his suit and tie, he started coming to terms with the inevitable: Some fate other than fame awaited him." Does that sound happy to you? What do people come to terms with? He wanted fame and to play in the NHL, he wasn't going to get it. Its an unhappy outcome.
All of what I posted is relevant to the story of the disappearance. All of it is factual or derived from external sources. It meets with Wikipedia standards. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Seawaggg (talk • contribs) 19:11, 31 August 2010 (UTC)
- The problem is none of it is in a neutral tone. All of it requires you making a judgement call on what a source means etc. That is not encyclopedic. This isn't a magazine article or news story where such tone is acceptable, it is an encyclopedia where we strive to avoid such wordings. Your best bet is to just take their advice and move on. -DJSasso (talk) 19:30, 31 August 2010 (UTC)
Edmonton Oilers external links
Fair enough... I'm learning my way around here everyday. I'd have thought because they're "Official" links for the team, they'd be OK to use.
Anyway, what's a Calgarian doing on the Oilers' Wiki page?

I'm glad you asked. :)
I did a project when I was 14 in my geography class - the teacher let me pick any country we wanted, so I chose Canada. I fell in love with Canada and more specifically, the province of Alberta straight away. Beautiful scenery, friendly people, awesome weather (I love the cold) and I got into hockey. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Russ Jericho (talk • contribs) 22:27, 30 August 2010 (UTC)
That's about right. Because the Oilers play in blue, it made my decision to pick a hockey team to follow all the more easier to make.
However, as I learned more about hockey over the years, I developed a fondness for the Winnipeg Jets too... A puck doesn't go far on sand. I'd love to see the 'Peg get their team back. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Russ Jericho (talk • contribs) 22:36, 30 August 2010 (UTC)
Hockey Mountain
It's kind of ironic you should mention you Wikicup articles, since they were part of the reason I put the list together. Between your DYK's and GAs of HOFers I realized how little I knew about them and then how little was written about some of them. I don't know if anything will ever come of the list but at least it gives a perspective and a possible goal for articles that need improvement.
- On a side note I was wondering about your wikicup experience. I was thinking it might be fun to try and be in it next year, depending on how some of the GAN I've been working on go, and wanted to know if you had a good experience and whether or not it would be something you would recommend? Thanks--Mo Rock...Monstrous (talk) 21:14, 5 September 2010 (UTC)
Cool, thanks for letting me know.--Mo Rock...Monstrous (talk) 21:55, 5 September 2010 (UTC)
I finished up the GA review on Cullen's article, there really isn't too much more to do. Canada Hky (talk) 20:54, 6 September 2010 (UTC)
DYK for John Cullen
On 7 September 2010, Did you know? was updated with a fact from the article John Cullen, which you created or substantially expanded. You are welcome to check how many hits the article got while on the front page (here's how, quick check ) and add it to DYKSTATS if it got over 5,000. If you know of another interesting fact from a recently created article, then please suggest it on the Did you know? talk page. |

Okanagan Hockey School
Got an opinion on if this is notable? I did a very minimal google search and most things that popped up are just ads or directory listings. There are hundreds of hockey schools out there that have produced NHL players so that doesn't phase me, the only part that might is its claim that its the longest continuously running one. But I am not sure thats good enough. -DJSasso (talk) 00:44, 8 September 2010 (UTC)

Congrats! It passed its good article nomination. Happy editing ~DC Let's Vent 03:24, 11 September 2010 (UTC)
You weren't kidding about making up for some of the Canucks GA articles you passed for me eh? That was quick work. Well now that you've evened up Ballard's GA with Bouwmeester's, I was wondering if you'd be willing to help me out on Daniel Sedin's article. I remember from Henrik Sedin's FAC that you did a really nice copy edit that was really helpful in getting it passed. I'm running into the same problem with Daniel's as reviewers are asking for a copy edit once more. Any help you can offer would be greatly appreciated. And if there's any help you need on any articles you're working on.. even if it's a Flames article, I guess.. I'd be happy to lend a hand! Orlandkurtenbach (talk) 17:08, 11 September 2010 (UTC)
Brian Gionta
If rumours are correct, Gionta (an American) will be the next Habs captain. If ya'll thought Pauline Marios & the PQ were making noice now (about the Habs)? hang on to your hats; giggle giggle. GoodDay (talk) 16:09, 16 September 2010 (UTC)
