Before any resubmission, additional references meeting these criteria should be added (see technical help and learn about mistakes to avoid when addressing this issue). If no additional references exist, the subject is not suitable for Wikipedia.

Thank you for your first pass at the references. Now I can see them I can see that several do not mention Aalam at all. Of the remainder I see typical TV (etc) gossip column style coverage, but nothing that verifies notability.
A second review my me is very unusual, but I felt you deserved it because you are doing the work to improve. I will not review a further time, though. You will benefit from other eyes on the draft.
