Ways to improve SCNDL

[edit]

Hello, Diegoesquivel2004,

Thank you for creating SCNDL.

I have tagged the page as having some issues to fix, as a part of our page curation process and note that:

Your article about SCNDL will almost certainly be deleted if it is not substantially improved. The biggest problem with it is that it does not establish notability for the subject. The single reference, a Facebook page, is not useful for establishing notability. It might be helpful to read this article: WP:PEOPLE

The tags can be removed by you or another editor once the issues they mention are addressed. If you have questions, leave a comment here and begin it with {{Re|PopePompus}}. Remember to sign your reply with ~~~~. For broader editing help, please visit the Teahouse.

Delivered via the Page Curation tool, on behalf of the reviewer.

Speedy deletion nomination of SCNDL

[edit]

If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on SCNDL requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a band or musician that does not credibly indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please read more about what is generally accepted as notable.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator. Managing a conflict of interest

[edit]

Information icon Hello, Diegoesquivel2004. We welcome your contributions, but if you have an external relationship with the people, places or things you have written about on the page SCNDL, you may have a conflict of interest (COI). Editors with a conflict of interest may be unduly influenced by their connection to the topic. See the conflict of interest guideline and FAQ for organizations for more information. We ask that you:

In addition, you are required by the Wikimedia Foundation's terms of use to disclose your employer, client, and affiliation with respect to any contribution which forms all or part of work for which you receive, or expect to receive, compensation. See Wikipedia:Paid-contribution disclosure.

Also, editing for the purpose of advertising, publicising, or promoting anyone or anything is not permitted. Thank you. Bbb23 (talk) 00:13, 23 October 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Tom Grant (alias SCNDL) said that there was no problem on making his Wikipedia Article.

[edit]

Hey, User:Bbb23, I just recently found that my edit of SCNDL's page was deleted with the Speedy deletion. However, I talked to Tom personally via Instagram and he said there was no problems of making an article of him, so there's any possibility to restore the edit I created? The discography needed to be more edited in depth. Thank you. Diegoesquivel2004 (talk) 13:09, 23 October 2021 (UTC)[reply]

You need to read the COI notice I left you in the section above. You should have nothing to do with any article related to SCNDL or the people associated with it.--Bbb23 (talk) 13:16, 23 October 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Why was my user page deleted? Is not an article about any person. Is just my profile page. I own the same one in spanish Wiki and wasn't deleted

An article about SonicC, an younger EDM producer whose short life was shocking when he died.

[edit]

Hey to everyone in Wikipedia. I just tried to tell ya if someone can contribute with me to create an Article about SonicC. He was an American young producer better known by his 2009 top charting single "Stickin". He was a promise in the scene, but he sadly passed away in a fatal car crash in Miami on January 14th, 2014, just within his 22th birthday. Info about his death and more can be found on the following 2 links: https://www.miaminewtimes.com/music/miamis-dj-sonicc-and-two-others-killed-in-krome-avenue-car-accident-6445985 https://stoneyroads.com/2014/01/tragic-news-after-sonic-c-killed-in-terrible-accident/ If someone is decided to create an article about him send me a message via this same talk page. Thank you. Diegoesquivel2004 (talk) 17:34, 2 November 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Hijinx Studios article request.

[edit]

I just draw a draft of an article about this defunct video game developer. The article is on my Sandbox. If I get approval from , I probably submit it with all web pages I saw as it's references.
