Concept medical moved to draftspace

[edit]

An article you recently created, Concept medical, does not have enough sources and citations as written to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page. A tag has been placed on Draft:Parth Doshi requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G12 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page appears to be an unambiguous copyright infringement. This page appears to be a direct copy from http://www.conceptmedicals.com/about-us/. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images taken from other web sites or printed material, and as a consequence, your addition will most likely be deleted. You may use external websites or other printed material as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences. This part is crucial: say it in your own words. Wikipedia takes copyright violations very seriously and persistent violators will be blocked from editing.

If the external website or image belongs to you, and you want to allow Wikipedia to use the text or image — which means allowing other people to use it for any reason — then you must verify that externally by one of the processes explained at Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials. The same holds if you are not the owner but have their permission. If you are not the owner and do not have permission, see Wikipedia:Requesting copyright permission for how you may obtain it. You might want to look at Wikipedia's copyright policy for more details, or ask a question here.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Dear Ravensfire, The page Nanolute Technology declined and moved to draft due to less content. I have improved the content and linked additional information. Kindly review it.
It's substantially unsourced and while reviewing the single linked source, I noticed that both images in the article are from there. Yet you uploaded them as "own work". So you either lied about it being own work and it's another copyright violation for you, or you are the author of the work (highly unlikely given your issues with English) and have an undeclared WP:COI around all of this. Regardless, the article is not close to ready for main space. Ravensfire (talk) 19:19, 19 June 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Surat

[edit]

Information icon Hello. Your recent edit to Surat appears to have added the name of a non-notable entity to a list that normally includes only notable entries. In general, a person, organization or product added to a list should have a pre-existing article before being added to most lists. If you wish to create such an article, please first confirm that the subject qualifies for a separate, stand-alone article according to Wikipedia's notability guideline. Thank you. - Arjayay (talk) 13:16, 27 May 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Hello Arjayay, I have added Savji Dholakia he is a very famous and well-known person and the 2nd one is Manish Doshi is the Inventer of World's first sirolimus-coated balloon catheter and I'm creating a page for him. Skgacharya (talk) 13:33, 27 May 2019 (UTC)[reply]
Hi Skgacharya - I didn't delete Savji Dholakia, because he already had an article, but deleted Manish Doshi, because, at the time, he did not.
However looking at Manish Doshi, which you have just moved from draft to article space, I suspect it will be deleted unless you can quickly add some reliable, independent, sources - Arjayay (talk) 13:41, 27 May 2019 (UTC)[reply]
Hi Arjayay, what are the reliable, independent, sources? I'm new to Wikipedia I need some guide of experience wikipedian. I have added the Reference Links on the page. Skgacharya (talk) 13:50, 27 May 2019 (UTC)[reply]
Hello, I just reverted your edit on Savji Dholakia because you have copied info directly from Outlook article. Copying is copyright violation and is strictly prohibited on Wikipedia. Always write info in your own words and cite the reference. You can read about reliable sources at WP:RS. I will be happy to help if you have any query.-Nizil (talk) 14:09, 27 May 2019 (UTC)[reply]
Hi Nizil, I have just linked his net worth as [er the new across the glow. If You don't believe then just google it you will get the same. Skgacharya (talk) 17:57, 27 May 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Manish Doshi taken to AFD, article is in horrible shape and this is REALLY starting to look like undeclared paid editing. Skgacharya, if you are being compensated to create all of these medical articles that you obviously don't know anything about yet can create amazing press release like articles, you need to read WP:PAID and you need to make the declarations. At a minimum, given your track record of poor quality articles, you should ONLY be creating draft articles and you should NEVER move them in the main article space. This may be something to raise at WP:COIN. Ravensfire (talk) 16:39, 27 May 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Nomination of Manish Doshi for deletion

[edit]

A discussion is taking place as to whether the article Manish Doshi is suitable for inclusion in Wikipedia according to Wikipedia's policies and guidelines or whether it should be deleted.

The article will be discussed at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Manish Doshi until a consensus is reached, and anyone, including you, is welcome to contribute to the discussion. The nomination will explain the policies and guidelines which are of concern. The discussion focuses on high-quality evidence and our policies and guidelines.

Users may edit the article during the discussion, including to improve the article to address concerns raised in the discussion. However, do not remove the article-for-deletion notice from the top of the article. Ravensfire (talk) 16:36, 27 May 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Hi Ravensfire, I have moved the page to Draft: consider the article as a draft and don't delete from Wikipedia. I agree the content was copied from outlookbusiness.com but I'm not getting any paid for that. I have updated many pages since I'm in the medical field and noticed a new innovation so started to write about him. You can check my contribution if you don't belive and I really don't have any experience on wiki. My interest to become a Wikipedian by improving the content only. Let me know if you still have any issue.Skgacharya (talk) 17:50, 27 May 2019 (UTC)[reply]
Whenever you rewrite it, you can start by not copying from other people's work. Nearly all of what you added was directly lifted from articles, and some of them were press releases! Yourstory is a self-published website that shouldn't be reviewed at all as you cannot use it for anything on Wikipedia. You've got a long, long way to go on this article. Ravensfire (talk) 20:41, 27 May 2019 (UTC)[reply]
Ok Ravensfire, You make me understood that referencing an article is never mean to copy whole the content from the article. So you removed the extra content from the page. What about the "Template : Article for deletion/dated". Can you remove that or that will be there unless it's submitted or moved to the main article? I'll try myself to improve to write my own content. Many thanks for making me understood. Skgacharya (talk) 04:52, 28 May 2019 (UTC)[reply]
And several other of your articles are lifted word for word from other peoples work. That's just lazy AND it's a copyright violation. You need to read the section below and the articles it links to CAREFULLY. You also need to read through reliable sources and identifying reliable sources as many of the sources you tried to use are junk. Hint - yourstory and anything that's a press release are bad sources. Since you are getting into medical claims, you also need to read WP:MEDRS. Stuff purely about the company generally doesn't need to meet that stricter standard, but if you mention anything about the benefits of a product, yes, MEDRS applies. A single favorable study does not meet MEDRS. Honestly, ALL of your articles need to be reviewed at this point for copyright violations. Ugh. Ravensfire (talk) 22:12, 27 May 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Control copyright icon Hello Skgacharya, and welcome to Wikipedia. Your additions to Manish Doshi have been removed in whole or in part, as they appear to have added copyrighted content without evidence that the source material is in the public domain or has been released by its owner or legal agent under a suitably-free and compatible copyright license. (To request such a release, see Wikipedia:Requesting copyright permission.) While we appreciate your contributions to Wikipedia, there are certain things you must keep in mind about using information from sources to avoid copyright and plagiarism issues.

  • You can only copy/translate a small amount of a source, and you must mark what you take as a direct quotation with double quotation marks (") and cite the source using an inline citation. You can read about this at Wikipedia:Non-free content in the sections on "text". See also Help:Referencing for beginners, for how to cite sources here.
  • Aside from limited quotation, you must put all information in your own words and structure, in proper paraphrase. Following the source's words too closely can create copyright problems, so it is not permitted here; see Wikipedia:Close paraphrasing. (There is a college-level introduction to paraphrase, with examples, hosted by the Online Writing Lab of Purdue.) Even when using your own words, you are still, however, asked to cite your sources to verify the information and to demonstrate that the content is not original research.
  • Our primary policy on using copyrighted content is Wikipedia:Copyrights. You may also want to review Wikipedia:Copy-paste.
  • If you own the copyright to the source you want to copy or are a legally designated agent, you may be able to license that text so that we can publish it here. Understand, though, that unlike many other sites, where a person can license their content for use there and retain non-free ownership, that is not possible at Wikipedia. Rather, the release of content must be irrevocable, to the world, into the public domain (PD) or under a suitably-free and compatible copyright license. Such a release must be done in a verifiable manner, so that the authority of the person purporting to release the copyright is evidenced. See Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials.
  • In very rare cases (that is, for sources that are PD or compatibly licensed) it may be possible to include greater portions of a source text. However, please seek help at Wikipedia:Media copyright questions, the help desk or the Teahouse before adding such content to the article. 99.9% of sources may not be added in this way, so it is necessary to seek confirmation first. If you do confirm that a source is public domain or compatibly licensed, you will still need to provide full attribution; see Wikipedia:Plagiarism for the steps you need to follow.
  • Also note that Wikipedia articles may not be copied or translated without attribution. If you want to copy or translate from another Wikipedia project or article, you must follow the copyright attribution steps in Wikipedia:Translation#How to translate. See also Wikipedia:Copying within Wikipedia.

It's very important that contributors understand and follow these practices, as policy requires that people who persistently do not must be blocked from editing. If you have any questions about this, you are welcome to leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. Ravensfire (talk) 20:44, 27 May 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Copying within Wikipedia requires attribution

[edit]

Information icon Thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia. It appears that you copied or moved text from Surat into Surat district. While you are welcome to re-use Wikipedia's content, here or elsewhere, Wikipedia's licensing does require that you provide attribution to the original contributor(s). When copying within Wikipedia, this is supplied at minimum in an edit summary at the page into which you've copied content, disclosing the copying and linking to the copied page, e.g., copied content from [[page name]]; see that page's history for attribution. It is good practice, especially if copying is extensive, to also place a properly formatted {{copied}} template on the talk pages of the source and destination. The attribution has been provided for this situation, but if you have copied material between pages before, even if it was a long time ago, please provide attribution for that duplication. You can read more about the procedure and the reasons at Wikipedia:Copying within Wikipedia. Thank you. If you are the sole author of the prose that was copied, attribution is not required. — Diannaa 🍁 (talk) 13:47, 28 May 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Your style is highly promotional and your sources are often primary or are press-releases. Deceptive editing like this is not helpful and will not will you any support. Just make the required declarations that WP:PAID and the Wikipedia Terms of Use (that your agree to with EVERY edit). You also need to stop ignoring the need for good sources and the WP:MOS. Dear Ravensfire, Everyone here is getting paid for there work or they are associated with them. We often work for free. There are many pages that I personally know and the owner and their company etc still, the pages and the articles are live on Wikipedia. Here my first interest to create articles from them to get knowledge about Wikipedia and to understand. Now I'll not ask you to restore the page or make them live but at list request you to remove all promotional pages and articles from Wiki. I haven't asked you to share personal details etc. You have removed everything from my contribution. Are you especially looking at my edits? Skgacharya (talk) 10:59, 26 February 2020 (UTC)[reply]

If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on Draft:MagicTouch, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G11 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page seems to be unambiguous advertising which only promotes a company, group, product, service, person, or point of view and would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become encyclopedic. Please read the guidelines on spam and Wikipedia:FAQ/Organizations for more information.

If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator. Your account has been blocked indefinitely for advertising or promotion and violating the Wikimedia Foundation's Terms of Use. This is because you have been making promotional edits to topics in which you have a financial stake, yet you have failed to adhere to the mandatory paid editing disclosure requirements. Paid advocacy is a form of conflict of interest (COI) editing which involves being compensated by a person, group, company or organization to use Wikipedia to promote their interests. Undisclosed paid advocacy is strictly prohibited. Using this site for advertising or promotion is contrary to the purpose of Wikipedia.

If you think there are good reasons why you should be unblocked, please read our guide to appealing blocks to understand more about unblock requests, and then add the text {{unblock|reason=your reason here ~~~~}} at the end of your user talk page. For that request to be considered, you must:

  • Confirm that you have read and understand the Terms of Use and paid editing disclosure requirements.
  • State clearly how you are being compensated for your edits, and describe any affiliation or conflict of interest you might have with the subjects you have written about.
  • Describe how you intend to edit such topics in the future.
