Welcome!

[edit]

Hello, Phrunsys, and welcome to Wikipedia! I hope you like the place and decide to stay. Unfortunately, one or more of the pages you created, such as Molecular (programming language), may not conform to some of Wikipedia's content policies and may not be retained. In short, the topic of an article must be notable and have already been the subject of publication by reliable and independent sources.

Please review Your first article for an overview of the article creation process. The Article Wizard is available to help you create an article, where it will be reviewed and considered for publication. For information on how to request a new article that can be created by someone else, see Requested articles. You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on Molecular (programming language) requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about web content that does not credibly indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please read more about what is generally accepted as notable.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator. Managing a conflict of interest

[edit]

Information icon Hello, Phrunsys. We welcome your contributions, but if you have an external relationship with the people, places or things you have written about on the page Molecular (programming language), you may have a conflict of interest (COI). Editors with a conflict of interest may be unduly influenced by their connection to the topic. See the conflict of interest guideline and FAQ for article subjects for more information. We ask that you:

In addition, you are required by the Wikimedia Foundation's terms of use to disclose your employer, client, and affiliation with respect to any contribution which forms all or part of work for which you receive, or expect to receive, compensation. See Wikipedia:Paid-contribution disclosure.

Also, editing for the purpose of advertising, publicising, or promoting anyone or anything is not permitted. Thank you. Belbury (talk) 15:41, 28 July 2024 (UTC)[reply]

A tag has been placed on Molecular (programming language), requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G11 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page seems to be unambiguous advertising which only promotes a company, group, product, service, person, or point of view and would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become encyclopedic. Please read the guidelines on spam and Wikipedia:FAQ/Organizations for more information.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Your account has been blocked indefinitely for advertising or promotion and violating the Wikimedia Foundation's Terms of Use. This is because you have been making promotional edits to topics in which you have a financial stake, yet you have failed to adhere to the mandatory paid editing disclosure requirements. Paid advocacy is a form of conflict of interest (COI) editing which involves being compensated by a person, group, company or organization to use Wikipedia to promote their interests. Undisclosed paid advocacy is strictly prohibited. Using this site for advertising or promotion is contrary to the purpose of Wikipedia.

If you think there are good reasons why you should be unblocked, please read our guide to appealing blocks to understand more about unblock requests, and then add the text {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}} at the end of your user talk page. For that request to be considered, you must:

  • Confirm that you have read and understand the Terms of Use and paid editing disclosure requirements.
  • State clearly how you are being compensated for your edits, and describe any affiliation or conflict of interest you might have with the subjects you have written about.
  • Describe how you intend to edit such topics in the future.

Request reason:

Dear Wikipedia Administrators, I am writing to appeal my indefinite block from editing Wikipedia. I understand the reasons for my block, particularly regarding conflicts of interest and promotional content. I acknowledge that my previous edits did not align with Wikipedia's guidelines, and I apologize for any disruption caused. Moving forward, I am committed to adhering strictly to Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Specifically, I will: Refrain from editing articles where I have a conflict of interest. Always disclose any affiliations or potential conflicts when discussing edits. Focus on providing neutral, reliably sourced information that meets Wikipedia's notability guidelines. I recognize the importance of maintaining Wikipedia's integrity as a reliable source of information and am eager to contribute constructively. As a young innovator from a developing country, I am passionate about sharing my work and contributing to the global knowledge base. I kindly request that my account be unblocked to allow me to continue contributing positively to Wikipedia. Additionally, I request the unblocking of my IP address to facilitate this process. Thank you for considering my appeal. I look forward to your response and the opportunity to contribute responsibly to Wikipedia. Sincerely, Phrunsys Phrunsys (talk) 15:36, 4 August 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Decline reason:

You need to specifically and completely address your conflict of interest now. Additionally, this unblock request appears to have been generated by an AI. We have no interest in AI chatbots editing Wikipedia. Yamla (talk) 17:11, 4 August 2024 (UTC)[reply]

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

This user's unblock request has been reviewed by an administrator, who declined the request. Other administrators may also review this block, but should not override the decision without good reason (see the blocking policy).

Request reason:

Hello, Phrunsys here, my Conflict Of Interest on the subject Molecular Programming Language (Article) is that I am the author and designer of the programming language, though it might seem promotional but my main aim was to share knowledge not in a marketing or promotional sense but just to avail such knowledge to the global scale. Writing about my orject won't happen again, so can you please unblock my account, if not (that's alright) atleast unblock my IP, becuase its a public wifi so I wouldn't like my actions affect anybody. Thank you Phrunsys (talk) 04:30, 5 August 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Decline reason:

Others affected by the autoblock on the IP can request unblock themselves. "Sharing knowledge" is the exact definition of promotion. Wikipedia is not for merely sharing knowledge, it is for summarizing what independent reliable sources say about a topic. You don't describe what edits you will make if you are unblocked. 331dot (talk) 07:21, 5 August 2024 (UTC)[reply]
