Speedy deletion nomination of Rip Rapson

A tag has been placed on Rip Rapson requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G12 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page appears to be an unambiguous copyright infringement. This page appears to be a direct copy from https://kresge.org/who-we-are/rip-rapson. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images taken from other web sites or printed material, and as a consequence, your addition will most likely be deleted. You may use external websites or other printed material as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences. This part is crucial: say it in your own words. Undisclosed paid editing

Hello Natedidomenico. The nature of your edits gives the impression you have an undisclosed financial stake in promoting a topic, and that you have not complied with Wikipedia's mandatory paid editing disclosure requirements. Paid advocacy is a category of conflict of interest (COI) editing that involves being compensated by a person, group, company or organization to use Wikipedia to promote their interests. I wish to be unblocked from Wikipedia. I am not currently being compensated by anyone for articles written. The last time I was on this platform was a few years ago. Since publishing on wiki originally, I have been educated by the community on best practices. I understand that this community is not a soap box or promotional space. But one meant to pass on information in an original form. I’m not sure what article(s) got Me flagged, anyway. Could you please point me to them? I would like My account name to not be associated with the Flagged articles and start clean.

Hi Natedidomenico,

the completely re-written article "Rip Rapson" by Coffeeandcrumbs appeared on the main page of Wikipedia. You seem to have previously made undisclosed paid contributions to this and other articles on Wikipedia, in violation of WP:PAID and the Terms of Use.

Only when I blocked your account, you suddenly found the time to reply to the messages sent to you back in 2018. We're slowly getting towards compliance with the policies, but have probably not arrived there yet.

You write "I am no longer employed by Kresge or Rip Rapson". This is not a disclosure, as it only denies current employment without explicitly disclosing any previous employment.

To be unblocked, please provide a proper disclosure for all your previous contributions (employer, client, affiliation, article title). A list of all your non-deleted contributions can be found at Special:Contributions/Natedidomenico. There have been deleted contributions regarding Wikipedia:Articles_for_deletion/Carol_Coletta and Wikipedia:Articles_for_deletion/Rip_Rapson. See WP:PAID for the disclosure requirements that already existed when you edited Wikipedia.

To my knowledge (I am not a lawyer and this is not legal advice), there is no strict requirement for the form of such a disclosure. Simple text like "I had been paid by Employer on behalf of Client for all my contributions to the articles Example, Examplum and Exampli. This happened directly, not through a transaction broker. I am no longer employed by Employer; this is just a disclosure for my past contributions." may well already be sufficient. For me personally, it would be sufficient for an unblock.

Because you are currently technically unable to provide the disclosure in one of the three ways described there, making the disclosure here on your talk page, below this message, is fine. I will copy them to the talk page of each still-existing affected article. After providing a proper disclosure for all your paid contributions, together with your promise not to make such contributions in the future, I will unblock the account.

Regarding the "clean start" request, the closest we can probably get to this is the following: After you have provided the disclosure(s) below, and after the disclosure(s) have/has been copied to the affected article(s) talk page(s), your account will be unblocked. You will then have the opportunity to remove all messages from here, to request the account to be renamed to a pseudonym, and to use that new pseudonym at any time in the future. Your current username will be replaced by the pseudonym as far as possible, for example in the history of the articles you had edited, and in the disclosure(s) copied on your behalf. The old username will not completely disappear from all of Wikipedia's logs and pages, but if I interpret your request correctly, it will come as close to the reasonable, understandable intent behind it as possible.
