If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on Draft:Yuriy Voronyy, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G11 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page seems to be unambiguous advertising which only promotes a company, group, product, service, person, or point of view and would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become encyclopedic. Please read the guidelines on spam and Wikipedia:FAQ/Organizations for more information.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator. Speedy deletion nomination of Bilateral prophylactic mastectomy

[edit]

Hello Ashleythesciencenerd,

Welcome to Wikipedia! I edit here too, under the username Darth Stabro, and I thank you for your contributions.

I wanted to let you know, however, that I have tagged an article that you started, Bilateral prophylactic mastectomy, for deletion, because there's already a page about that topic at Preventive mastectomy. Please don't be discouraged; we appreciate your effort in creating new articles. To avoid this in the future, consider using the search function to find pages that already cover what you want to write about.

If you feel that the article shouldn't be deleted and want more time to work on it, you can contest this deletion but please don't remove the speedy deletion tag from the top. If the page is already deleted by the time you come across this message and you wish to retrieve the deleted material, please contact the deleting administrator.

For any further query, please leave a comment here and prepend it with {{Re|Darth Stabro}}. And, don't forget to sign your reply with ~~~~ . Thanks!

Be sure to search for existing articles

[edit]

Hi Ashleythesciencenerd,

I'm always happy to see new editors take an interest in the chemical and medical areas. However, I see lots of your recent article creations are on topics for which we already have articles. That wastes lots of editors' time in cleanup. It seems like many of your articles are fairly formulaic, as if you have a template or are using some other semi-automated writing tool. Those types of approaches seem especially prone to writing articles without attention to what already exists on Wikipedia. So instead, please look for articles on a topic where you can add new details before dumping a whole new article. See Wikipedia:Content forks for more information. Thanks! DMacks (talk) 06:27, 4 October 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Hi DMacks,
Thanks for your feedback! I’ve been using the Wikipedia "Requested articles" pages as a guide to find topics for new articles. I was under the impression that these were already filtered to avoid duplicating existing content, but I’ll definitely take extra care to ensure that any articles I create are unique and not redundant. I appreciate the suggestions, and I’m always happy to learn how to contribute better!
Best,

Hi. Please be very careful to make sure references that you insert are real, The references you inserted into canfosfamide appear not to be actual references but rather to be AI generated. Boghog (talk) 21:33, 2 November 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Same problem with content you added to BAY 12-9566 - text supported by faked references. Don't do that. Innerstream (talk) 20:56, 8 November 2024 (UTC)[reply]

FYI

[edit]

Just so you know, the English Wikipedia uses Sentence case for article titles and section headings. This isn't a big deal, because someone will come along and fix it later, but if you follow the convention, then it could save a little time later.
