Request reason:
This block is too large and too long, also as I attempted to point out in the SPI I didn’t know about sockpuppetry, I tried to defend myself at SPI but its semi protected and I couldn’t even defend myself before being blocked. Also this is a train station for the LIRR in Hicksville, NY which connects two branches so there will be collateral for blocking, this range also includes the ShopRite of Plainview Centre. 71.125.62.208 (talk) 13:35, 24 December 2023 (UTC)
Decline reason:
Pretty small range that's blocked here, and you haven't addressed the block evasion. Yamla (talk) 13:38, 24 December 2023 (UTC)
If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

Request reason:
Its hard to respond to the evidence that was there and I can’t copy/paste, but the evidence is at Wikipedia talk:Sockpuppet investigations/Andrew5 and the semi protected edit request from 12/18. That’s basically my unblock argument and sadly I don’t have time to copy/paste it (because again it’s a train station that I can’t linger at, also while typing this request I almost got hit by a train.) 71.125.62.208 (talk) 20:59, 24 December 2023 (UTC)
Decline reason:
You are clearly Andrew5, and the rangeblock is not excessive given the substantial amount of block evasion over a considerable length of time. Extraordinary Writ (talk) 06:42, 25 December 2023 (UTC)

Request reason:
Excuse me, who are you to tell me that I am andrew5? Can you see whoever is typing this right now? No? Didn’t think so. Millions of people utilize Hicksville station, the busiest station on Long Island east of Jamaica, as two important LIRR lines split here. And to tell me that I am clearly andrew5 is astoundingly ridiculously stupid. Have evidence or just don’t comment.71.125.62.208 (talk) 14:47, 29 December 2023 (UTC)
Decline reason:
I am declining your unblock request because it does not address the reason for your block, or because it is inadequate for other reasons. To be unblocked, you must convince the reviewing administrator(s) that
- the block is not necessary to prevent damage or disruption to Wikipedia, or
- the block is no longer necessary because you
- understand what you have been blocked for,
- will not continue to cause damage or disruption, and
- will make useful contributions instead.
Please read the guide to appealing blocks for more information. stwalkerster (talk) 15:03, 29 December 2023 (UTC)

Request reason:
Mypoint is that you cannot tell who is editing, a large range is blocked for an extreme length of time and they involve public IPs, so the range should be unblocked.71.125.62.208 (talk) 14:27, 3 February 2024 (UTC)
Decline reason:
Obvious block evasion by an IP editor who has been repeatedly blocked, even if you're not the person tagged above. Despite what you may think, we're not obligated to repeatedly respond to your unblock requests. NinjaRobotPirate (talk) 17:42, 3 February 2024 (UTC)

If you think there are good reasons for being unblocked, you should read the guide to appealing blocks, then contact administrators by submitting a request to the Unblock Ticket Request System.
Please note that there could be appeals to the unblock ticket request system that have been declined leading to the post of this notice.

Request reason:
Really? I’m trying to contest my block and you revoke TPA? Yes there was socking but you blocked a huge range including a train terminal!! 71.125.62.208 (talk) 12:55, 30 March 2024 (UTC)
Decline reason:
Perhaps you should have more consideration for internet users in the train terminal by not evading your block and socking. TPA removed again. 331dot (talk) 15:07, 30 March 2024 (UTC)

This is the discussion page for an IP user, identified by the user's IP address. Many IP addresses change periodically, and are often shared by several users. If you are an IP user, you may create an account or log in to avoid future confusion with other IP users. Registering also hides your IP address. |
