Please help. I just verified that on this section of Composer John Beal,
http://en.wiki.x.io/wiki/John_Beal_(composer)#Military_awards_and_decorations
his Air Medal (the first medal on the top row) should be ONE Bronze star in the center and next to it on the right should be the NUMERAL 8. I cannot find anything in the help sections or talk pages that show how to do this.
Here is an image of all his medals. The blue and orange is the Air Medal. https://scontent.fsnc1-1.fna.fbcdn.net/hphotos-prn2/v/t1.0-9/167647_1380473050730_5037307_n.jpg?oh=6eed0a0a81977fa4e65ce28a9f104292&oe=57867E3E

- Unfortunately we currently cannot reproduce that kind of device. The full list of available devices can be found at Template:Ribbon devices/device. We can change the gold star to a bronze star, but the highest numeral available is "4". If those devices are the same worn on a ribbon as with the full medal, you could create a "8" image; other than that I'd suggest using the "one silver star counts as five" proxy method even though it's not fully accurate. You may want to ask the people at WT:WikiProject Orders, decorations, and medals for help; they may be more knowledgeable with such issues. Huon (talk) 21:06, 28 March 2016 (UTC)
