Image of her album with her picture is available, can it be used here?

I'm unclear whether the copyrighted album image can be used here since it would be used to show her and not the album in question. Anyone know the fine points of copyright law? Click thumbnail for image page:

No. In fact, Andrea continued with her hardcore career even after her singing success. She made five XXX films in 1976, one in 1977, two in 1978, one in '79,one in 1980, and one in 1983. Since she began porn in 1971, at the age of 28, she was getting a bit old for for the Biz by the late 1970's. In total, she appeared in 51 explicit original movies. Note that in the pre-Internet days, information was much more difficult for the average person to come by, and secrets could be kept.

Goitre

goiter that developed on her vocal cords

Goitre (or goiter) does not develop on the vocal cords, but comes either from an inefficient thyroid gland, an iodine deficiency, or cyanide poisoning (typically due to cassava consumption).

The problem with her vocal cords was probably a nodule, rather like a callus.
