A large, clear, and beautifully composed photograph of historic steam locomotives. I've cleaned up the artifacts from the original upload at Image:Locomotives-Roundhouse.jpg. U.S. Government public domain; photograph by Jack Delano, Farm Security Administration. Feature-worthy?
Appears in Jack Delano and Timeline of United States railway history.

Comments:
- Hmm, maybe, but I suspect the end of that light shaft that ends in the dead center of the image is blown, which is sort of a composition problem. And its ev, esp. wrt locomotives and the like, is debatable at best. You could nominate it as an example of photography by Jack Delano, I suppose. --Malachirality (talk) 06:56, 27 December 2007 (UTC)

- I would still say go for it tho, as IMO it's far from a snowball. There's little to nothing more than can be done to improve the image, though, so it either passes or fails in the state its in...I suspect. --Malachirality (talk) 06:56, 27 December 2007 (UTC)
- Thanks. It's getting unanimous support over at Commons FPC (7 responses so far). I think I'll go for it over here. :) Cheers, DurovaCharge! 16:15, 27 December 2007 (UTC)
