[edit]- -- Chuq (talk) - I guess!
- -- Wiki ian - My presence has been somewhat sporadic as of late (at best), and Commons appears to be getting the lions share of what time I can spare. Never the less, I am enthusiastic about attending a meet-up. To guarantee my attendance, I would need a minimum of 2 weeks notice to ensure I am not working when said meeting takes place.
- That sounds good, we'll pick a time which is 100% suitable for the first few people to confirm, to make sure there are a few of us, so will take your availability into account. What's best for you, weekday/weekend, lunch/dinner/other? -- Chuq (talk) 09:06, 7 December 2014 (UTC)
- Anytime of the day/week will be fine, provided I have advance notice. Wiki ian 00:30, 8 December 2014 (UTC)
- @Wiki ian:: How about January Sat 10 or Sun 11, at lunchtime? (last weekend before Wikipedia Day) -- Chuq (talk) 11:17, 11 December 2014 (UTC)
- @Chuq: To allow some flexibility, I have requested time off for both days. :-) Wiki ian 07:41, 14 December 2014 (UTC)

- -- January's Saturday should be ok for me. I'm not in Hobart but am happy to make the trek on a weekend. I should be in Tas on the weekends in January. - Peripitus (Talk) 15:47, 13 December 2014 (UTC)
@Wiki ian and Peripitus: - Sounds great! I was hoping to confirm at least three people (including myself) early so that looks sorted :) The venue I'm looking at, TQ is relaxed and casual, and opens at midday on Saturdays, so make it about 12:30pm? Peripitus, does that time work for you (regarding how far you have to travel?) Also, I can get Wikimedia Australia to cover some costs of nibbles and drinks though their Local meetup support program. -- Chuq (talk) 11:57, 14 December 2014 (UTC)
- The venue is a minute's walk from home, and the time sounds great :-D Wiki ian 03:32, 24 December 2014 (UTC)
- I can't make it sorry guys, I'll be working on the day :/ kgoetz (talk) 20:51, 1 January 2015 (UTC)
- -- CutOffTies - Thanks for the invite, looking forward to it! --CutOffTies (talk) 05:02, 2 January 2015 (UTC)
- I'll be interstate watching the football. Thanks for the invitation. Cheers --TinTin (talk) 05:01, 3 January 2015 (UTC)
- I'll be there. It's been a while since I've been to Hobart - Peripitus (Talk) 10:19, 7 January 2015 (UTC)
- See you at 12.30 tomorrow :-) Wiki ian 08:56, 9 January 2015 (UTC)
