Wikipedia:2000th wiki pool

This is a pool for guessing when the 2000th Wikimedia wiki will be created, and what that wiki will be. This is not a serious pool. Special:SiteMatrix and the Site creation log on Incubator will be used to determine the winners. There will be two winners: the one who comes closest to the correct date, and the one who first predicts the correct wiki. The winners will be entitled to contribute mightily to the new wiki. Losers are expected to contribute even more to that wiki.
The current number of Wikimedia wikis is 1006. You can see an up to date figure on Special:SiteMatrix if you scroll down to the bottom of the table. The pool will close when the number exceeds 1990.
Add subheadings below as necessary. You are not prevented from choosing wikis that others have already chosen. You may comment on predictions so long as the comment is distinct from the prediction.

[edit]Spanglish-Guarani Wikipedia: After "ñ" is added to the English alphabet, a mass protest in London causes older letters to be added to the English alphabet, also including engma (ŋ) and "l·l", the Zz changes to Ʒʒ, the long s (ſ) is restored, and Guaraní letters are added. the wynn ( Ƿ and ƿ ) return as alternative forms of the W. This causes a Wikipedia to be created in this new language in 2045. the SCH is added as an English letter instead of a trigraph.
