Gisella Perl
Dear Vishwin,
You are insistent on destroying my article about Gisella Perl. This was a very important heroine who saved lives. She deserves to be chronicled in your encyclopedia. Isn't this what makes wikipedia special?
I do not understand you motives, but please stop mutilating my work.
Regards,
J Dangoor
- You don't own the article. And I also don't think it's notable. I'm sending it to AFD. V60 干什么? · VDemolitions 17:38, 19 May 2007 (UTC)
Yes well it may not appeal to you on a personal level, however it contributes towards the scope and depth of knowledge available in Wikipedia. Please leave it alone and find more useful things to do. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by J Dangoor (talk • contribs) 03:11, 20 May 2007 (UTC)
Dear Vishwin,
In view of the reports in favour of this article, I believe it is safe to conclude that your lack of education/research has prompted you to mark this article for deletion. I hope that you have sufficient self-respect to withdraw your request.
- I'll let this run its course to gain some more feedback, but in retrospect, I'd withdraw. V60 干什么? · 喝掉的酒 · ER 4 23:32, 23 May 2007 (UTC)
GAC backlog elimination drive
This form message is being sent to you either due to your membership with WikiProject Good Articles and/or your inclusion on the Wikipedia:Good article candidates/List of reviewers. A new drive has been started requesting that all members review at least one article (or more, if you wish!) within the next two weeks at GAC to help in removing the large backlog. This message is being sent to all members, and even members who have been recently reviewing articles. There are almost 130 members in this project and about 180 articles that currently need to be reviewed. If each member helps to review just one or two articles, the majority of the backlog will be cleared. Since the potential amount of reviewers may significantly increase, please make sure to add :{{GAReview}} underneath the article you are reviewing to ensure that only one person is reviewing each article. Additionally, the GA criteria may have been modified since your last review, so look over the criteria again to help you to determine if a candidate is GA-worthy. If you have any questions about this drive or the review process, leave a message on the GAC talk page. --Nehrams2020 00:47, 25 May 2007 (UTC)
Please complete the promotion of U.S. Route 40
Hey, thanks for your prompt response in promoting U.S. Route 40 as a GA; however it looks like you only made changes to the article talk page. Please be sure to follow the instructions at WP:GAC to complete the promotion as a GA; including:
- Removal from the WP:GAC page
- Add to the WP:GA page under "Applied Science and Technologies-Transport-Road Transport"
- Update the stats and recent promotion list at the top of the WP:GA page.
Again, thanks a bunch for your prompt assessment of the article. I have put a lot of hard work into it over the past week, and it is nice to see it noticed! Happy editing! --Jayron32|talk|contribs 00:26, 26 May 2007 (UTC)
- Whoa, how'd that slip my mind? Anyway, thanks for reminding me. V60 干什么? · 喝掉的酒 · ER 4 00:42, 26 May 2007 (UTC)
- Well, thanks for taking care of that. Later! --Jayron32|talk|contribs 00:48, 26 May 2007 (UTC)

Editor review
I reviewed you. YechielMan 09:08, 3 June 2007 (UTC)
I've seen that you've bypassed the redirect. That's okay, but it's just more convent for the people who use the pipe trick to type in [[Route 42 (New Jersey)|]]. The U.S. Route 40 in New Jersey article will be created somehow. (→zelzany - review) 14:41, 3 June 2007 (UTC)
- I had bitterly opposed the change away from the Route xx (New Jersey) format, but now that it's been changed, I'll modify any I see in articles I'm already editing to the New Jersey Route xx format. It's great that you're willing to take on a U.S. Route 40 in New Jersey, but I had seen no indication at the time that such as article was in the works. I look forward to it, and i appreciate your active participation on NJ road articles. Alansohn 14:49, 3 June 2007 (UTC)
I am concerned about the statement on the top of this page. Anyone that wants to create that page can do so. Are you familiar with WP:OWN? That seems like a violation to me, but I am just informing you about his before and admin catches you. --T. Wiki 23:52, 3 June 2007 (UTC)
- Well, I was talking about this, "Do not create the Pennsylvania Route 281". But, If you don't care, its fine with me because I don't really enjoy roads are much as some people.--T. Wiki 00:05, 4 June 2007 (UTC)

Super Smash Bros. Brawl
Hey, I'm looking for a fresh pair of eyes on the article Super Smash Bros. Brawl. I'm not sure how often you go through game articles, but some fresh eyes would be nice. Check out the talk page too. --myselfalso 02:20, 6 June 2007 (UTC)
Stop
Please stop adding {{WikiProject Computing}} to articles that are already part of {{WikiProject Microsoft Windows}}. It is redundant to have both projects there. Thanks. -/- Warren 02:58, 9 June 2007 (UTC)
- That's an irrelevant point, and it's counter-productive and a waste of your time. These articles are being taken care of within the scope of this WikiProject. Your time is better spent finding articles that aren't already in a WikiProject to rate, or are part of the Computing project that aren't rated. Thanks. -/- Warren 03:03, 9 June 2007 (UTC)
- You're missing the point. WikiProject Microsoft Windows is a direct descendant of WikiProject Computing, and it has been since the WikiProject's creation. Generally speaking (and you're welcome to demonstrate solid precedent to the contrary), we don't tag articles with both parent and child WikiProjects. Right? What's the point of that? There are probably over a hundred thousand articles on Wikipedia that could within the scope of the subject of "computing". The project would collapse in on itself! You wouldn't be expecting to include Red vs. Blue in WikiProject Computing, would you? That article is covered by (amongst others) WikiProject Internet culture, which is also a descendant of WikiProject Computing. Or how about MIT License, currently under the purview of WikiProject Free Software, also a descendant of Computing? The Interstate 80 thing is a rather different issue, because multiple otherwise unrelated WikiProjects intersect on a single subject. That's fine, and I support that completely. It's not like I'd remove {{WikiProject Biography}} from Talk:Dave Cutler just because I tagged it as being part of Windows. If you don't demonstrate that there's solid precedent in doing direct parent/child tagging of WikiProjects, I will continue to revert your additions of these tags. Thanks. -/- Warren 03:39, 9 June 2007 (UTC)
Odd change when delivering the newsletter
scope out this diff to my talk page: [1] .. it looks like the bot is un urlencoding something as well as leaving the newsletter. Was that intended behaviour? It might be best to leave the #9997; ish stuff alone ? Not sure. ++Lar: t/c 20:19, 9 June 2007 (UTC)
