License tagging for File:Crashcrew.jpg

[edit]

Thanks for uploading File:Crashcrew.jpg. You don't seem to have indicated the license status of the image. Wikipedia uses a set of image copyright tags to indicate this information.

To add a tag to the image, select the appropriate tag from this list, click on this link, then click "Edit this page" and add the tag to the image's description. If there doesn't seem to be a suitable tag, the image is probably not appropriate for use on Wikipedia. For help in choosing the correct tag, or for any other questions, leave a message on Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. Thank you for your cooperation. --ImageTaggingBot (talk) 18:06, 2 July 2011 (UTC)[reply]

More information needed about File:MFSB-Summertime.jpg

[edit]

Hello, Maned Vixen!

It was really helpful of you to you to upload File:MFSB-Summertime.jpg. However, we need to properly format the image license information in order to keep and use new images.

If you can edit the description and add one of these templates, that would be great. If you're not sure how or would like some help, please ask us at the media copyright questions page and we'll be happy to assist you.

Thanks again! --ImageTaggingBot (talk) 20:06, 30 January 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Hi, I'm RonBot, a script that checks new non-free file uploads. I have found that the subject image that you recently uploaded was more than 5% in excess of the Non-free content guideline size of 100,000 pixels. I have tagged the image for a standard reduction, which (for jpg/gif/png/svg files) normally happens within a day. Please check the reduced image, and make sure that the image is not excessively corrupted. Other files will be added to Category:Wikipedia non-free file size reduction requests for manual processing. There is a full seven-day period before the original oversized image will be hidden; during that time you might want to consider editing the original image yourself (perhaps an initial crop to allow a smaller reduction or none at all). A formula for the calculation of the desired size can be found at WP:Image resolution, along with instructions on how to tag the image in the rare cases that it requires an oversized image (typically about 0.2% of non-free uploads are tagged as necessarily oversized). Please contact the bot owner if you have any questions, or you can ask them at Wikipedia talk:Non-free content. See User:RonBot for info on how to not get these messages. Hi there, I don't know what's going on with these subpages of the above, but they are all clearly hoax/alternate history pages and don't fall under WP:UPYES. I am hereby asking you to request WP:G7 speedy deletion for all these articles, or I'll bring the matter directly to the attention of administrators. ~~ AirshipJungleman29 (talk) 17:34, 16 July 2024 (UTC)[reply]

They are - I'm doing these for a alternate history project I'm posting somewhere else. But I haven't finished that project yet and there's nowhere else I can do these sorts of pages - I'll delete those I don't have any need for anymore (that's about two-thirds of them), but can I delete the rest gradually later, since I still need them for that project? If that's not an option, I guess I'll have to delete them all. - Maned Vixen (talk) 17:53, 16 July 2024 (UTC)[reply]
I think an "alternate history project" falls under either WP:UP#GAMES or WP:UP#GOALS, and is not suitable for Wikipedia. I would also query "there's nowhere else I can do these sorts of pages"—see the paragraph at the bottom of that section. You can of course transfer the information away, but please nominate the pages for deletion. ~~ AirshipJungleman29 (talk) 22:52, 16 July 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Okay, I'll do that tomorrow - i'm about to go to sleep right now. Maned Vixen (talk) 22:57, 16 July 2024 (UTC)[reply]

An automated process has detected that when you recently edited 1984 AFC Asian Cup final, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Li Hui.

Hi there - Wikipedia relies on reliable sources to verify information, especially about living people. You didn't provide a source for your changes to the José Aveiro article, and I couldn't find one either. If you have a reliable source please let me know and we can change the article. Please let me know if you have any questions. GiantSnowman 18:50, 27 September 2024 (UTC)[reply]

I took the information from 11v11.com - https://www.11v11.com/players/raul-aveiro-75322/ Maned Vixen (talk) 17:30, 29 September 2024 (UTC)[reply]
