iTunes is a reliable source, nothing in WP:ALBUMS/REVSITE says otherwise. When do bands ever officially announce runtimes for their songs? They do not because it is not that important, that is why we rely on iTunes, no third party news source is going to dedicate an article to the runtimes of songs. Cyclists
Hello Lugnuts,
I noticed that you created the articles of professional cyclists. Admittedly, some of them have competed at the Olympics. Here are the following people:
Can you please include them in your list of Olympics/Cyclists, and also add a section called "Career highlights" in their respective articles and the cyclists' achievements. You may use Cycling Archives as a source of information. Take a look at this example. Thank you! Raymarcbadz (talk) 07:26, 11 October 2013 (UTC)

- Bbb23 has spoken for himself, yet you continue to hound him over an old issue affecting you where you didn't agree with the outcome. If you believe that there is a pattern of behaviour then an RfC|U is the way to go, although there was no support for your position when you raised it at ANI. If you continue to post petulant "me too!" replies on his talk when you have been specifically asked to stay away, you will likely find yourself sanctioned if he raises the issue of your repeated poking at an appropriate venue. Mwoahaha I was about to put all of your film stubs up for deletion in retaliation :-] ! Well, I think the 124,000 hits versus 9,000 in google books shows that one has far more coverage than the other, but no doubt some US politics wikipedians might dispute who is more famous, or film loving British guys... Perhaps if I'd said "Powell and Pressburger" you'd have realized his status... ♦ Dr. Blofeld 14:19, 29 October 2013 (UTC)

Offhand some of the Portuguese and Polish directors I've noticed a lot missing: Try ones like:
- António Lopes Ribeiro
- José Leitão de Barros
- Alekos Sakellarios
- Jerzy Kawalerowicz
- Wanda Jakubowska
- Jan Fethke
But overall I'd say Japanese and Brazilian cinema seems to be the poorest covered in terms of number of films. Directors like Yasujirō Ozu and the leading Brazilian directors Humberto Mauro, Glauber Rocha Nelson Pereira dos Santos, Ruy Guerra and Carlos Diegues all have poor coverage. Basically Portuguese language cinema seems to be very poorly covered on wikipedia.♦ Dr. Blofeld 12:50, 30 October 2013 (UTC)

Movie posters
Why did you revert Blue is the Warmest Color poster change? You say because the current poster is from country of production, but I don't think that's a valid reason. It would make more sense if the poster reflected the title known to an English-speaking audience on English Wikipedia. Thebestfeet 21:45, 27 October 2013 (UTC)
Stub spacing
Hey, thanks for adding some necessary categories to articles (like "year of birth missing" and such). However, I did notice that you add these to an existing blank line instead of creating a new line for it, which always results in the loss of the necessary 2 blank lines before stub templates (as according to the manual of style). Is there any way to fix that in the automation you're using or just your procedure?
Thanks!

"Male" film actors.
Lugnuts,
I have reverted your categories of "male film actors" to simply "male actors" as there are already two categories for gender: "film actors" and "film actresses". I think adding a third would be redundant, as these are already gender specific. Do you agree?
ExRat (talk) 02:06, 3 November 2013 (UTC)
- (talk page stalker) Just to chime in, "actor" isn't actually a gender specific term; Gillian Anderson is as much an actor as Jack Nance is. If we want gender-specific categories, "film actors" should be replaced wholesale with "male film actors" in order to actually be specific. GRAPPLE X 02:10, 3 November 2013 (UTC)
- Consensus is now to have "male film actors" instead of "film actors". Lugnuts Dick Laurent is dead 09:28, 3 November 2013 (UTC)

Snows of Kilimanjaro
Hello Lugnuts,
Thank you for reverting my edits to The Snows of Kilimanjaro (2011 film) twice in a row, with no other comment than "WP:NAMB". However, have you considered that you would be more constructive if you actually were to assist me in making the edit in a way that do not violate policies in your opinion?
Since you take a personal interest in the article, can I ask you how I best add the connection between the movie and the Hemingway story, a connection that is as of yet never directly made on the page. Also, can you explain in your own words how it violates policy to add a hatnote giving information about the various other pieces of art sharing the exact same name "The Snows of Kilimanjaro"?
Feel free to not respond. However, if you choose not to, could I ask you to bring your issues to the talk page before wholesale reverting my edits the next time?

Hi, here's some needing starting. I've asked Ser Amantio to add to the footer of articles from 1930s onwards but you might fill in the red links and add infoboxes to ones I started like Fashion Model (film).♦ Dr. Blofeld 14:54, 26 November 2013 (UTC)

What a load of pointless bollocks involved with the reverting! Do you want to continue with the blue linking?♦ Dr. Blofeld 16:43, 11 December 2013 (UTC)
Can you think of anymore for Category:Films set in country houses? I've just found that I tend to enjoy films set in country houses so thought it might be a useful category.♦ Dr. Blofeld 13:21, 12 December 2013 (UTC)
If it's a country house hotel type rather than a city one that should be OK, The Shining hotel is a country house type hotel too.♦ Dr. Blofeld 13:39, 12 December 2013 (UTC)
Same thing yeah. I racked my brains and thought of quite a few, although I cheated on some and did a google search! 46 isn't a bad start anyway! But I think Films set in castles and country houses would probably be a better name.♦ Dr. Blofeld 14:17, 12 December 2013 (UTC)
Yup, it's in my top 5 of greatest ever films I think. I suppose the sprawling Beverly Hills mansion qualifies.♦ Dr. Blofeld 14:37, 12 December 2013 (UTC)
Good grief! I watched Intolerance the other day... Might take some time to start all of his films! Be sure to add them all to the film lists, 1909 might just have over a 100 films... Happy 2014!!♦ Dr. Blofeld 14:59, 31 December 2013 (UTC)
