Thank you - yes, I see that my initials are a program ;) - #3 this year. - That one was especially difficult, first all the referencing trouble when he died last year, and now all the rephrasing trouble when the GA reviewer noticed that the original prose was mostly taken word by word - long before I ever looked at his article - from some blog.
