Once you started your account, you became a registered user. If you're talking about how to turn your signature's red link to a blue one, you need to put something on your user page. Oh, sorry. I misunderstood. You're asking about becoming an administrator. Accumulate LOTS of good solid edits, as a start. This link contains information about adminstrators and their roles. Anyone can. Work on making the encyclopedia better. Start small, as you have already been doing. Read over the guidelines at the blue button in the original welcome I left you. Edit edit edit edit. I'm not really involved in the "draft to article" process. Your best bet would be to wait until a reviewer looks over your article. Writing with bots/AI is discouraged. You seem very anxious to jump into writing articles, which is one of the more difficult things to do here. I always encourage newcomers to take a few months to edit existing articles before trying to create new ones. Editing gives you a chance to absorb our rules and systems, such as the Manual of Style. Links to draft articles

Please do not introduce links in actual articles to draft articles, as you did to List of equations. Since a draft is not yet ready for the main article space, it is not in shape for ordinary readers, and links from articles should not go to a draft. Such links are contrary to the Manual of Style.
