" BABY LET'S RAP NOW " Song

I don't see anything wrong with my article on the song " BABY LET'S RAP NOW " Recorded by the Moments. I listed the reference " The Top R&B?Hip-Hop Singles 1942 - 2004 " By Joel Whitburn. Tony C Smith (talk) 15:59, 22 December 2023 (UTC)

My disappointment in you.

I decided to make a quick search about my Wikipedia page and guess where I ended up? A sockpuppet investigation with you accusing me. I am extremely annoyed that despite the fact i told you about your allegations of me having a COI to a page I made you went ahead to report me. You claim I made edits involving corps and people and it is quite evident you didn't bother to see what edits I made. I was removing blatant promo left by politicians on their own pages. The fact I was doing what people like you stand for and you still accusing me is damning to me. Also if you even bothered to check who Khalaf Habtoor is instead of dismissing him like your fellow reviewers you would know there is no way a guy like me can reach him. Dude you really think a guy like him is on Fiverr or Freelancer.com looking for guys to get him on Wikipedia? The guy has a whole pr team working for him and you think somehow a guy in Kenya has a connection to him? I give my two cents concerning the draft page on Daniel Weiss and apparently I got paid to do it. What's next? Drake rings me up to edit his pages too? Now I see some administrator is breathing down my neck with every edit I make. Respectfully, people like you are why Elon Musk hates Wikipedia. I do not appreciate being accused by you simply because you are dismissive about articles not involving the Western world. Because if someone like Jim Ratcliffe didn't have a Wikipedia article and someone did what I did you wouldn't bat an eye. I have reviewed the things that can get me banned on Wikipedia and everything I've said here can't do that. For any administrator reading this I do not have a temperament problem as it's just this one specific user who got me upset. Serrwinner (talk) 13:33, 24 December 2023 (UTC)

@Vairankodepooram20: why are you posting external links to my talk page? -- DoubleGrazing (talk) 10:08, 29 December 2023 (UTC)

Arne Johnson, swedish physicist

The resubmitted page was rejected. I would like to resubmit a revised person. Arne Johnson has died Oct 23, this year and I would like to add references to it. But I am unable to reach the page where I can edit. In addition, I have rarely seen references to the birthdate of people - I do not understand why a refernce is requested there. Comments nd help are welcome. Thank you in advance, Ramon Wyss RamonWyss (talk) 10:32, 30 December 2023 (UTC)

Hi @RamonWyss: just to clarify, I didn't reject this draft (which would mean you couldn't resubmit it), only declined it (meaning you can, once you've addressed the decline reasons).
As I said in one of my comments, I actually have a feeling this person could be notable, so I'm not in any way trying to argue that this draft couldn't be accepted; if anything, quite the opposite. It just needs more work to support and clarify some of the contents, and to clearly make a case for WP:NACADEMIC notability.
Regarding the DOB, for privacy etc. reasons this should not be included unless it is already in the public domain, and in that case it must be evidenced by citing a reliable published source. That rule applies only to living people (per WP:BLP), which I assumed this person was, although now you tell me they've recently passed. Regardless, the BLP rules also apply to recently-deceased people, and someone who died only 2-3 months ago would certainly be covered by that. This is why a citation is required.
Best, -- DoubleGrazing (talk) 10:58, 30 December 2023 (UTC)
Hi, when I try to edit, I enter the pager edit source. How can I reedit, but not the source file, but the texted version that is easier to work with.
thank you in advance Ramon RamonWyss (talk) 13:23, 30 December 2023 (UTC)
Hi, things worked out with the editing. I resubmitted the page now, thanks for your comments. RamonWyss (talk) 13:53, 30 December 2023 (UTC)

Women in Cannabis submission AfC

Hi @DoubleGrazing,

Your reason for denying the submission is that there is already an article but it is a list. I actually cropped the main info which I had added there because it is a list and not a mainspace article. My aim is to shift the non-list info into an article. Perhaps I need a different name but the prose in the list article wasn't appropriate in my estimation. Draft:Women in the cannabis industry

Any chance you'd reconsider your assessment and help me figure out how best to make the transition. I actually composes most of content I removed from the list article. Here's a comparison from the edit: http://en.wiki.x.io/w/index.php?title=Women_in_the_cannabis_industry&diff=1192520106&oldid=1169139791

Since women are generally underrepresented and because the content is so important in the emerging industries of cannabis, this should be an article not a list article. The qualitative difference matters. List articles are not assessed for quality and will not be eligible for GA or FA status. I'd like to encourage others to keep adding to a legit article versus a list which has no nuance.

Your assistance and support is requested. sheridanford (talk) 19:27, 30 December 2023 (UTC)

Hi @SheridanFord: I think you're somewhat artificially creating a distinction between a list and a prose article; both are articles, at the end of the day. I don't see why you couldn't develop the existing article further with your content, but if you for some reason prefer to create a new article, feel free – you have extended confirmed status, after all, so you don't need to go through AfC, let alone require my 'approval'.
That said, if I were you, I would at least open up a discussion on the existing article's talk page, but even that's entirely up to you, of course. Best, -- DoubleGrazing (talk) 19:54, 30 December 2023 (UTC)
Thanks for the reply @DoubleGrazing. Appreciate your time. sheridanford (talk) 06:55, 31 December 2023 (UTC)

Help

Hello , an editor asked me to add a translate_title to the draft “ Mustafa Hawash “ I’ve checked this link Template:Cite web#Foreign language and translated title and I want to know if this code I wrote is correct so I can edit it in the draft code : العربية (15 January 2004). "مصطفى هواش"[Mustafa Hawash] (in Arabic). Retrieved 3 January 2024. AkramHosny22 (talk) 10:58, 3 January 2024 (UTC)

problem about creating new content/title

Hello, I would like to ask a few questions to get general information. I would like to open a wikipedia page in English to give information about a beverage brand, but this is not accepted due to reasons such as conflict of interest, sources and not experienced users cannot write new content. What is the solution? I couldn't find sufficient information in wikipedia help page and I really need help on this issue. My goal is to provide information on the page, not an advertisement. I don't fully understand how the pages of other companies such as Starbucks are accepted, they are not considered advertisements. I would appreciate it if you could support me on this issue. Thank you for your interest. Mskoksal (talk) 11:00, 4 January 2024 (UTC)

Hi @Mskoksal, you are able to create an article draft (although not publish it) even if you have a conflict of interest, but you must formally disclose this as required by Wikipedia's terms & conditions of use. I have previously posted two messages about this on your talk page, this one User_talk:Mskoksal#Managing_a_conflict_of_interest about a generic conflict of interest, and this one User_talk:Mskoksal#December_2023 about paid editing. You need to choose whichever is more applicable, and make the disclosure either on your user page User:Mskoksal or on the draft talk page Draft talk:Espressolab, or both. You need to do this before any other edits. Thank you, -- DoubleGrazing (talk) 11:15, 4 January 2024 (UTC)

United States of Biafra

Hello@DoubleGrazing, I noticed that you removed cats added to United States of Biafra draft article. Please, I need more clarity on the use of categories. If you found any helpful cat to add, you can help improve the article. I'm still new! Olivia Harry (talk) 05:27, 5 January 2024 (UTC)

@Olivia Harry: categories must be relevant to the article subject, and vice versa. So in this case, cats like 'Biafra', 'unrecognised countries', 'separatism in Nigeria', etc. might be good categories.
In any case, cats are not added to unpublished drafts, they only get added if and when the draft is accepted, at which point the reviewer will add the initial cats. Therefore you don't need to worry about cats for now. -- DoubleGrazing (talk) 07:03, 7 January 2024 (UTC)
Thanks for the guidance. Olivia Harry (talk) 09:57, 7 January 2024 (UTC)
Hello @DoubleGrazing
I also noticed that you removed the "current event" tag. What tag will fit in the article? Remember, the subject is still in development. Olivia Harry (talk) 20:09, 7 January 2024 (UTC)

September edits

Hi, please take a look at Nick_Bilogorskiy. You added maintenance templates in September, and they were cleaned soon after, IMO unreasonably. What's your opinion? Anntinomy (talk) 22:07, 8 January 2024 (UTC)
