Adding "On November 2024" at the beginning of a sentence that already has "...in November 2024" at the end ([1]) is not correct English. Something happens on a specific day of a month and in a month as a whole. Please note that WP:COMPETENCE in written English is required to edit successfully on the English-language Wikipedia.
