This template was considered for deletion on 2014 March 23. The result of the discussion was "no consensus".
I'm not sure if you are familiar with the English language, but for the purpose of fluency and aesthetic, this is the correct way that the template should be titled. I made it this way because it is more intuitive for the English reader, and because it is more aesthetically pleasing, which is important for a template. There is no regulation that specifies that the title of the article must be used for templates, and in fact, this it is quite common for them to diverge slightly for the sake of fluency. Article titles follow set rules for the sake of clarity with regard to Wikipedia, but templates give us the ability to clarify them even further. RGloucester — ☎14:47, 11 March 2014 (UTC)[reply]
The article's name is irrelevant to the name written on the template. Furthermore, the it means exactly the same thing, but is merely a more aesthetically pleasing and fluent construction for the sake of the template's usefulness. I'd also like to note, for reference, that Nickst made the above comment AFTER nominating this template for deletion in bad faith instead of discussing the matter here.
