There is a definite article missing in the hook. It should be:

The article was created as a stub on 19 April, and expanded fivefold in the days before nomination 24 April. The article is long enough, has inline references, relevant photo without copyright problems. The sources are in a foreign languge that I can read. The three first sentences in the last paragraph of the article, which inludes the hook, may appear to be a bit close paraphrasing and I invite the nominator to comment on that.
