Serving temperature is listed as "Hot or Warm" but it is common for people (at least in the united states) to eat pizza cold. I've even heard people say they prefer leftover pizza cold. Is the intention of the serving temperature to specify the way pizza is initially served? I think cold pizza is a unique experience to eating hot pizza and at least deserves a mention in the article due to it being a prolific method of consuming it. @JacktheBrown The article is about pizza in general and includes discussion about how it is prepared in several places, including the United States. It obviously is not a traditional serving temperature, but the article is not a discussion limited to traditional pizza. I could see the argument that being served cold belongs in the article about Pizza in The United States. I'm not certain though that it's uniquely american, hence I bring it up here.
