This article needs some serious love, and I intend to try my hand at administering it. To ignore sixteen years of acting, in some very notable shows (even if only big in Canada), is not to pay justice to a person's career. Xerial 00:49, 27 October 2006

Indeed. Her (debatable) first tv acting role would have actually been on Catwalk, which I believe was in its second season. Her acting skills were definitely noticed on Deepwater Black though. She was awesome as Yuna, despite the difference between the book and the show. That definitely set up her later roll for DS9. - NemFX (talk) 23:19, 20 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]

She was also in the television series Oz, which has its own wiki page, but is not listed here. ~~ —Preceding unsigned comment added by 68.251.212.227 (talk) 17:05, 1 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]

I notice on her Twitter that she spells her name 'Nicole deBoer' so without the space after 'de'. Maybe her name on this article should be changed to that as that must be the correct way? — Preceding unsigned comment added by 2A00:23C4:B683:3B00:6C0E:1D28:4FB:3F17 (talk) 23:15, 17 November 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Filmography

[edit]

I'm curious to know, since Wikipedia EN states the IMDB is not a reliable source, where are people getting the information for the various actor/actress filmography from, and where are there no references posted for them? Pirhounix 14:25, 11 November 2013 (UTC)

Joan Leaven?

[edit]

I've watched "Cube" over and over and over, but I've never heard any reference to her first name being "Joan". In fact, on Wikipeida's own page for Cube (film), it says that her first name as Joan is a persistent internet rumor. Maybe there's a good source for Joan and maybe there isn't, but the two pages should at least be consistent with one another. Patrick of J (talk) 00:07, 26 June 2014 (UTC)[reply]

You're right Patrick of J, and I've removed the first name until it can be reliably sourced. (I also fixed the italics in your message above, hope you don't mind). --Jezebel'sPonyobons mots 16:37, 26 June 2014 (UTC)[reply]
Thanks! I've got the movie on hand for a while and I'm going to see if I can figure out just where this came from...it seems strange for it to be so widely repeated. Perhaps there is a commentary or something similar that speaks to this fact, but if so, my version of the film doesn't contain it. It would be nice to know how or why this got started...
