Dear Sir, in 1983, she was 9 or 10 years old; maybe, she did compete in races made for young racers. - Cit. the German Wikipedia: Her parents did change with her to the very small village Neusiedl (municipality Waidmannsfeld) in the province (state) Lower Austria (that Neusiedl is not to be confused with Neusiedl in the province (state) Burgenland). I would like to point out that being a successful Alpine skiing racer from Vienna, or Lower Austria, is a rarity (most successful Austrian ski racers are Tyrolian - and because Marcel Hirscher, Annemarie Moser-Pröll or Anna Veith are Salzburg). The gold medal in the Super-G in the 1998 Olympics she couldn't gain with a difference of 0.01 seconds (winner: Picabo Street). Skiscout (talk) 13:58, 11 January 2017 (UTC)[reply]
