Oppose - A rename to List of Commander in Chief (TV series) characters would be inappropriate. A list of commanders-in-chief would not include the word "characters", would have an "s" at the end of "commander", and would have both "commander" and "chief" lower-case. More importantly, disambiguators are only added to article titles to distinguish them from other articles, not from other potential articles. There is no list of commander-in-chiefs, and even if there was, there would be no need to rename this article; the other article would be called List of commanders-in-chief and a link to each article would simply be added to the other article in a hatnote. There is also no need for the disambiguator simply because the main television series article employs it; Orange production in Brazil should not be renamed Orange (fruit) production in Brazil so that it matches the main article Orange (fruit). There is no need for this kind of conformity; it unnecessarily complicates the title. The current title is fully acceptable. Neelix (talk) 13:00, 11 June 2010 (UTC)[reply]
Support. As I said in the AfD, the title confused me at first. I originally thought that it was a list of "Commander in Chief" characters including David Palmer (24 character) and Josiah Bartlet. The proposed title would elimiate that kind of confusion. While not 100% necessary, I would hardly characterise it as inappropriate. Movementarian (Talk) 13:52, 11 June 2010 (UTC)[reply]
