Is this a working mine?

Going over the available satellite images I don't see a working mine in this area. The document seems to show that it's been prospected. Is there actually vanadium production going on here? If not maybe the article title is incorrect, or at least it should be described as "proposed" somewhere.

By the way the general area has what's known as the Ianapera emerald deposit. A research paper about the geology of the area is available here. ☆ Bri (talk) 04:58, 5 October 2017 (UTC)[reply]
