Why do we call this woman a "Bureaucrat" instead of just "politician"?
[edit]I seems to be me that the term "bureaucrat" is not appropriate to be used to address someone in terms of his/her professional interest or occupation. Why can't we just call her a Canadian politician? Does it matter if a leadership position is elected or appointed when it comes to the name of, as the occupation?
