Neutrality

[edit]

To meet Wikipedia's Neutral Point of View WP:NPOV guidelines, the article should balance its tone by avoiding emotionally charged language and present facts objectively. Ktkvtsh (talk) 00:49, 8 December 2024 (UTC)[reply]

5 of the 13 footnotes in the present revision appear to be to opinion pieces (4 are to this WaPo opinion blogpost, and 1 is to this sports column from USA Today). Which is a shame, because I do know that there's plenty of much better sourcing available for use. I'm currently gathering sources/outlining Draft:Death of Declan Sullivan, which is another death that in some way relates to ND football. Perhaps I'll spruce this one up after I get done with that project. — Red-tailed hawk (nest) 00:56, 17 December 2024 (UTC)[reply]
@Ktkvtsh: Out of curiosity, if I were to start dumping sources on this talk page, would this be a project you'd be interested in working on? Or is this something I should wait for until I'm done with my next article? — Red-tailed hawk (nest) 02:10, 18 December 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Yes @Red-tailed hawk, I'd be happy to help you work on this page. Provide sources and I will work on making it neutral and properly sourced. Ktkvtsh (talk) 20:15, 19 December 2024 (UTC)[reply]
