Subject's Personal Opinion

[edit]

I am addressing an edit that purports to be from Ms. Harris that challenges a quotation in the article. I recommend to Ms. Harris that she follow the advice at Wikipedia:Contact us/Article problem/Factual error (from subject). Copied below is the text elided from the article. The author references a quotation in the second-last paragraph of the article. Since this does appear to be a legitimate challenge, there should be a "citation needed" statement after that quotation, but I don't know how to do that. Can someone else help me there?

BARBARA HARRIS here, writing to you from Chicago on 1/3/08. The above is not an actual quote! I enjoy working in front of an audience and am honored to do so, but only when I have experimented and rehearsed to my satisfaction and the director's; I'll work if its right for me. I crave the collaborative partnerships I had in the past.

The date she refers to is incorrect, as the edit occurred on January 4, 2009.

I have added a Citation Needed tag, not only because it may have been requested by Ms. Harris, but because of the requirements of WP:BLP. On behalf of Wikipedia, I apologize to Ms. Harris for the delay in responding. David Spector 02:42, 9 February 2010 (UTC)[reply]
