Browns Career History Error.

[edit]

Baker Mayfield's career with the browns was to 2022 not 2021 as stated in the career history. He played a game against the Steelers on January 3, 2022 and was on the team for a game against the Bengals a week later. He was still listed on the roster for half of 2022. Even if your interpreting it as the 2021 season he was still on the team in 2022 during off-season workouts. Not a big deal just pointing it out. 2600:1700:68D0:43D0:F5FC:576A:D3C:731 (talk) 19:29, 6 July 2022 (UTC)[reply]

In the Professional Career section under Cleveland Browns 2018, change: "Mayfield started for the first time in the Browns' next game, making him the 30th starting quarterback for the Browns since their return to the NFL in 1999,[64] in a 42–45 overtime loss to the Oakland Raiders.[65]"

to:

"Mayfield started for the first time in the Browns' next game, making him the 30th starting quarterback for the Browns since their return to the NFL in 1999,[64] in a 45-42 overtime loss to the Oakland Raiders.[65]"

to follow the proper format of listing the winning score of the Raiders first. Skedberg (talk) 15:08, 9 December 2022 (UTC)[reply]

The main photo of this article should be changed to a photo of Baker Mayfield at Tampa Bay and not Cleveland. DieselEffect (talk) 18:09, 25 December 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Not done for now: Commons doesn't have a photo of him at Tampa Bay yet. You can upload a freely licensed image to Commons and then reactivate this request. Unfortunately, copyrighted images probably won't be accepted under WP:NFCCP, since we have a pretty good free equivalent right now. Liu1126 (talk) 18:20, 25 December 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Add to "Personal Life" after "In July 2019, Mayfield married Emily Wilkinson.":

On December 4, 2023, the pair announced they were expecting their first child, a girl, in April 2024. [1] WhisperEcho (talk) 10:08, 26 December 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Right after the player infobox, it says that Mayfield set the record for touchdown passes by a rookie. While this is true, Justin Herbert broke that record in 2020 when he threw 31 touchdown passes. I think that the edit should say that Baker Mayfield set the record for touchdown passes by a rookie (27 touchdown passes), but this record was later broken by Justin Herbert (31 touchdown passes).
