- Abraham Theodor Berge (pictured) (20 August 1851–10 July 1936) was a Norwegian politician representing Venstre, the social liberal party, and later Frisinnede Venstre, a right-of-centre party. Born in Lyngdal in present-day Vest-Agder, he was Prime Minister of Norway from 1923 to 1924.
- John Lyng (22 August 1905 - 18 January 1978) was a Norwegian politician from the Conservative Party. He was Prime Minister of Norway from 28 August to 25 September 1963 in a coalition government of the Conservative Party, the Center Party, the Christian Democratic Party, and the Liberal Party.
