Immigration Football Club,[1] also known as Imigresen FC, is a professional football club based in Putrajaya, Federal Territories of Malaysia. They set to play in the first division in Malaysian football, the Malaysia Super League from 2025–26 after promotion from A1 Semi-Pro League in 2024–25.[2] The club is also involved in the Malaysia FA Cup.[3]
History
[edit]The club was founded in 2014 in Putrajaya, and participated in several competitions in Klang Valley. The club has also been involved in the KLFA Super League.[4]
In 2019, the club get KLFA Super League runners-up spot and become eligible to compete in the Malaysia M3 League.[5]
On 23 February 2020, the club competed in the Malaysia FA Cup for the first time and won the 1st round match 2–0 against Staroba FC. In the 2nd round they lost to Petaling Jaya City.
In 2023, the club competed in the 2023 Malaysia FA Cup where on 25 March 2023, they recorded a 1–0 win against BRM that see them through to the second round before losing to Kuala Lumpur City 2–0.
In 2024–25, Immigration secure finishing as runner-up and promotion to Super League for the first time in their history from next season.
