Welcome

[edit]

Hello, welcome to Wikipedia. Maybe you would like to hangout with us pinoys at WP:TAMBAY. I saw you join the roster and I think everyone would enjoy your company in the conversations on the talk page. (It helped me a lot to figure out the ins and outs of being a wikipedian).

You can help improve the articles listed below! This list updates frequently, so check back here for more tasks to try. (See Wikipedia:Maintenance or the Task Center for further information.)

Help counter systemic bias by creating new articles on important women.

Help improve popular pages, especially those of low quality.

You might find these links helpful in creating new pages or helping with the above tasks: How to edit a page, How to write a great article, Naming conventions, Manual of Style. You should read our policies at some point too.

If you have any questions, see the help pages, add a question to the village pump or ask me on my talk page. If you made any edits before you got an account, you might be interested in assigning those to your username. I hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wikipedian!

  • You can sign your name using three tildes, like this: ~~~. If you use four, you can add a datestamp too.
  • If you ever think a page or image should be deleted, please list it at the votes for deletion page. There is also a votes for undeletion page if you want to retrieve something that you think should not have been deleted.

Again, welcome! -- Alternativity (talk) 05:40, 28 December 2008 (UTC)[reply]

August 2009

Please do not replace Wikipedia pages with blank content, as you did to Mga pilipina. Blank pages are harmful to Wikipedia because they have a tendency to confuse readers. If it is a duplicate article, please redirect it to an appropriate existing page. If the page has been vandalized, please revert it to the last legitimate version. If you feel that the content of a page is inappropriate, please edit the page and replace it with appropriate content. If you believe there is no hope for the page, please see the deletion policy for how to proceed.   — Jeff G. (talk|contribs) 06:03, 3 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]

The recent edit you made to Lahing filipino has been reverted, as it removed all content from the page without explanation. Please do not do this, as it is considered vandalism; use the sandbox for testing. If you think the page should be deleted, see this page for instructions. Thank you.   — Jeff G. Languages of the Philippines vs. Philippine languages

[edit]

Hi --- can you stop changing links to languages of the Philippines into links to Philippine languages? The two links are different. The former just refers to any language which is spoken by Filipinos. The latter is a proposed language family. Thanks, cab (talk) 08:39, 4 September 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Also instead of typing "minor edit" into the edit summary box, you can check the "this is a minor edit" box and use the edit summary box to describe what kind of edit you're making. cab (talk) 08:40, 4 September 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Zollerriia

[edit]

You wouldn't also happen to be editing as User:Zollerriia, would you? You've edited some of the same articles, and you edit summaries and annoying habit of marking non-minor edits as minor leads me to believe you might be. Novaseminary (talk) 18:12, 10 March 2013 (UTC)[reply]

The article Canadian Society of Immigration Consultants has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

no evidence of notability

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion.
