Welcome to Wikipedia and thank you for your contributions. However, I noticed that your username (Outreachadmin) may not meet Wikipedia's username policy because it's a promotional username and it has the word admin in it. If you believe that your username does not violate our policy, please leave a note here explaining why. As an alternative, you may ask for a change of username, or you may simply create a new account and use that for editing. Thank you. Puffin Let's talk! 19:43, 30 June 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Hello, I would recommend that you do change your username as it is a violation of our username policy as it implies that you may be a Wikipedia Administrator. Please follow the instructions above to change your name, thanks in advance for your co-operation.--5 albert square (talk) 22:51, 4 July 2011 (UTC)[reply]

[edit]
You recently made a submission to Articles for Creation. Your article has been reviewed and because some issues were found, it could not be accepted in its current form; it is now located at Wikipedia talk:Articles for creation/Denise fujiwara. Please view your submission to see the comments left by the reviewer. Feel free to edit the submission to address the issues raised, and resubmit once you feel they have been resolved. This account has been blocked indefinitely from editing Wikipedia because your username, Outreachadmin, does not meet our username policy.

Your username is the only reason for this block. You are welcome to choose a new username (see below).

A username should not be promotional, related to a "real-world" group or organization, misleading, offensive, or disruptive. Also, usernames may not end in the word "bot" unless the account is an approved bot account

You are encouraged to choose a new account name that meets our policy guidelines. Alternatively, if you have already made edits and you wish to keep your existing contributions under a new name, then you may request a change in username by:

  1. Adding {{unblock-un|your new username here}} on your user talk page. You should be able to do this even though you are blocked, as you can usually still edit your own talk page. If not, you may wish to contact the blocking administrator by clicking on "E-mail this user" on their talk page.
  2. At an administrator's discretion, you may be unblocked for 24 hours to file a request.
  3. Please note that you may only request a name that is not already in use, so please check here for a listing of already taken names. The account is created upon acceptance, thus do not try to create the new account before making the request for a name change. For more information, please see Wikipedia:Changing username.
If you feel that you were blocked in error, you may appeal this block by adding below this notice the text {{unblock|Your reason here}}, but you should read our guide to appealing blocks first. TNXMan 19:40, 5 July 2011 (UTC)[reply]

I work in various capacities in the dance community in Toronto and I am hoping to increase some of the community's profile nationally and internationally. I'm just trying to increase information about some of the artists in the city. But perhaps I'm misunderstanding what wikipedia is used for? Outreachadmin (talk) 18:21, 19 July 2011 (UTC) Hi there, I still haven't heard back from you. Am I writing in the correct space or do you need more information? Just let me know. Thanks! You say, I am hoping to increase some of the community's profile nationally and internationally. Indeed, you are misunderstanding what Wikipedia is used for; it is not a promotional platform or a web directory. --jpgordon::==( o ) 17:24, 28 July 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Your article submission Denise fujiwara

[edit]

Hello Outreachadmin. It has been over six months since you last edited your article submission, entitled Denise fujiwara.

The page will shortly be deleted. If you plan on editing the page to address the issues raised when it was declined and resubmit it, simply edit the submission and remove the {{db-afc}} or {{db-g13}} code. Please note, however, that Articles for Creation is not for the indefinite hosting of material deemed unsuitable for the encyclopedia mainspace.

If your submission has already been deleted by the time you get there, and you want to retrieve it, copy this code: {{subst:Refund/G13|Wikipedia talk:Articles for creation/Denise fujiwara}}, paste it in the edit box at this link, click "Save", and an administrator will in most cases undelete the submission.

Thanks for your submission to Wikipedia, and happy editing. HasteurBot (talk) 14:01, 14 September 2013 (UTC)[reply]
