Information icon Welcome to Wikipedia. Unfortunately, content you added to a Wikipedia article appears to be a minority or fringe viewpoint, and appears to have given undue weight to this minority viewpoint, and has been reverted. To maintain a neutral point of view, an idea that is not broadly supported by scholarship in its field must not be given undue weight in an article about a mainstream idea. Feel free to use the article's talk page to discuss this, and take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. Thank you. if you want to maintain the “natural point of view” you should include the other theory of their origin as well. They are 1st mentioned in 1444., in 1485 albanian translation of Ottoman defter we can see he albanised clearly slavic names, in some a bit more than 40 years they were already slavicised? Ok maybe sure, but Vasojevići belong to the branch E1b-V13> Z1057> Y30977> Y37092> Y126722, and some fraternities from Herzegovina and Bosnian Krajina are genetically close to them. There was also lastname Hercegović on that defter, also there is a tradition claiming they come from Herzegovina, i can provide a source fir that too. There are albanians in Herzegovina and Bosnian Krajina? Thats new to me, regardless, for the natural point of view why can’t we add that they atleast MIGHT be of serbian origin because story of them moving from Bosnia and Herzegovina to place near albanians and as consequence getting a bit albanized and then later de albanized doesn’t sound completely impossible to me but whatever, because site that I provided as a source has a LONG list of sources, and a site gives us genetic studies and historical mention but ok Novodobaski (talk) 21:08, 8 March 2022 (UTC)[reply]
