Eric Miller (businessman) reply
Oops - silly me - I usually speedy delete stuff but wasn't sure about Eric Miller and obviously havent used the AFD page before. Thanks for deleting my failed attempt - I'll go learn the procedure now. MarkDask 10:33, 2 January 2011 (UTC)

You can't delete and merge; that would transfer the author credits improperly. Ten Pound Hammer, his otters and a clue-bat • (Otters want attention) 15:52, 18 January 2011 (UTC)

- I also fixed your talk page so it looked right on a 1024x768 monitor. Before it was massively clumped and crushed. If the other way worked for your monitor, feel free to revert. :) - Neutralhomer • Talk • 05:58, 19 January 2011 (UTC)
- Oh, thank you for fixing that! I was trying to figure that out for years and just finally gave up. I am not changing it, trust me :). And thank you for the special day too!. Nate • (chatter) 07:02, 19 January 2011 (UTC)
- No problem. :) I love playing with the coding on here. Makes everything nice and neat. I could do the same with your userboxes code. Just let me know what color you want it to look like. It would be the same general look (just different color) as User:Neutralhomer/Userboxes. Keep up the great work. :) - Neutralhomer • Talk • 07:09, 19 January 2011 (UTC)
- That would be nice; I'm partial to maroon (like my sig shade). Nate • (chatter) 09:59, 19 January 2011 (UTC)
- Will work on this posthaste. I will put the userboxes on a seperate page so they don't clutter up the userpage and also because it somehow makes the coding work better. That part I don't quite understand. The new page will be User:Mrschimpf/Userboxes, so you can watchlist that. Will work on this posthaste. - Neutralhomer • Talk • 10:07, 19 January 2011 (UTC)
- Well, for some reason my code isn't working. Not sure why, but I am working on it. - Neutralhomer • Talk • 10:42, 19 January 2011 (UTC)

Figured it out. It was because I hadn't closed the code. Duh! Wikipedia Rule #1: Never edit when tired. :) Your userpage is up and running as it should with your userboxes now on User:Mrschimpf/Userboxes. You can find an admin to request semi-protection on those if you like and I recommend watchlisting that as well. Let me know if I can be of assistance on anymore coding problems. :) Take Care....Neutralhomer • Talk • 10:49, 19 January 2011 (UTC)
- Looks good, runs good. Thanks alot buddy :)! Nate • (chatter) 10:57, 19 January 2011 (UTC)

Reviewer permission
Hello. Your account has been granted the "reviewer" userright, allowing you to review other users' edits on certain flagged pages. Pending changes, also known as flagged revisions, underwent a two-month trial which ended on 15 August 2010. Its continued use is still being discussed by the community, you are free to participate in such discussions. Many articles still have pending changes protection applied, however, and the ability to review pending changes continues to be of use.
Reviewers can review edits made by users who are not autoconfirmed to articles placed under level 1 pending changes and edits made by non-reviewers to level 2 pending changes protected articles (usually high traffic articles). Pending changes was applied to only a small number of articles, similarly to how semi-protection is applied but in a more controlled way for the trial. The list of articles with pending changes awaiting review is located at Special:OldReviewedPages.
For the guideline on reviewing, see Wikipedia:Reviewing. Being granted reviewer rights doesn't grant you status nor change how you can edit articles even with pending changes. The general help page on pending changes can be found here, and the general policy for the trial can be found here.

That userpage
The one you reported to ANI. Just for future reference, that kind of thing should be handled on the QT via the email address at WP:RFO or by emailing User:Oversight via the internal system. Thanks, HJ Mitchell | Penny for your thoughts? 04:20, 23 January 2011 (UTC)
In case you are interested, but not following the discussion in Talk:Fastenal, I'm afraid Fleetham chose to ignore your neutral opinion as it is "uninformed", so I took things a little further and asked for more opinions in CNB. If you have a suggestion on how to resolve this I'd be happy to hear it. --Muhandes (talk) 08:26, 2 February 2011 (UTC)
Fastenal edits
You removed a worker satisfaction survey from the Fastenal article. I believe that WP:UNDUE is flexible enough to allow it to remain. I replaced that section because I don't how it violates NPOV. But if you want to have it removed, I encourage you to discuss it on the talk page first. It certainly may violate WP:UNDUE, but I think there are good arguments to be had that it doesn't. - Yeah, I would certainly say TDB is the nadir. Good thing only 100 or so people ever saw it. Ten Pound Hammer, his otters and a clue-bat • (Otters want attention) 03:21, 16 February 2011 (UTC)
Why I rolled back your revert of List of MyNetworkTV affiliates
Hello, am writing this note to inform you that I rolled back your reversion of my dispute and cleanup tags to List of MyNetworkTV affiliates as my concerns for its unencyclopedic style, lack of accuracy and dubious verifiability of some claims have not been addressed by your mere blanking of my concerns. As it stands, most of the current article does not cite reliable sources for many of its claims and appears to violate verifiability and "no original research" mandates that all articles must abide by. My goal is to improve the quality of all articles of this project so that scholars using Wikipedia as an initial source will be pointed to reliable sources that confirm factual claims of our editors. I do have one request; in the future, if you revert another editor's contribution to this project, it is a WP:CIVIL thing to do to at least post a comment on that editor's user page explaining why you took the action you chose to do. Additionally, reverting is usually only done to remove harmful edits or those not in good faith - such as vandalism (see: Help:Reverting). I do not think that my concerns via the tags I added quite fit that category. If you believe my tags are unnecessary or overblown, then I look forward to continuing this discussion on that article's talk page: Talk:List of MyNetworkTV affiliates. Thank you. - Davodd (talk) 12:02, 14 February 2011 (UTC)
