About new spelling of Five district.

I saw you frequently changes the name of the district or places like Jashore to Jessore. I think you know the changes done by the govt. 6 years ago in 2018. So I think, it is enough time to keep the new spelling in the articles. For example Allahabad in India changed its name in 2018. Now they are using Prayagraj instead of Allahabad.
