The notices above have the key requirements in bullet points but in general all new articles on Wikipedia have to show the subject is notable (See WP:N) which in most cases requires significant coverage (WP:SIGCOV) in multiple independent (WP:INDY) reliable sources (WP:RS). All I did was try to get someone to submit it, but all I did was make things worse... I just wanted to make a Wikipedia page and not steal people's other stuff.
