moving draft to mainspace

Draft:Odoi Yemoh

I noticed that you moved Draft:Odoi Yemoh to Odoi Yemoh yourself without any review. To move a drat article to mainspace, please submit it for review and experieenced editors will review your article and determine whether it is suitable for main space.
