Your edits

[edit]

These appear to be spam. We don't use blogs as external links, see WP:EL. Thanks. Dougweller (talk) 21:58, 2 December 2013 (UTC)[reply]

I am new to Wikipedia and in a learning process. I might had linked pages to one website. I will try to add more relevant information in future. Thanks for the support and guidelines.

Cool, thanks! If you have any questions, the Teahouse is a great place to ask them. Since you don't seem to have any questions at the moment, I've taken the liberty of closing out your help request. Happy editing! Writ Keeper  09:11, 3 December 2013 (UTC)[reply]
Odd then that an IP has just added the same website to an article where you had added in previously. Dougweller (talk) 14:03, 3 December 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Please do not add inappropriate external links to Wikipedia, as you did to Bigg Boss 8. Wikipedia is not a collection of links, nor should it be used for advertising or promotion. Inappropriate links include, but are not limited to, links to personal websites, links to websites with which you are affiliated (whether as a link in article text, or a citation in an article), and links that attract visitors to a website or promote a product. See the external links guideline and spam guideline for further explanations. Because Wikipedia uses the nofollow attribute value, its external links are disregarded by most search engines. If you feel the link should be added to the page, please discuss it on the associated talk page rather than re-adding it. Caution for refspamming (adding two links to the same blog in the same two-sentence section...) in the article. Thomas.W talk 07:32, 27 August 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Please stop adding inappropriate external links to Wikipedia, as you did to Mudassar Khan. It is considered spamming and Wikipedia is not a vehicle for advertising or promotion. Because Wikipedia uses nofollow tags, additions of links to Wikipedia will not alter search engine rankings. If you continue spamming, you may be blocked from editing Wikipedia. Warning for refspamming (replacing an earlier ref with a URL to a blog). Thomas.W talk 07:35, 27 August 2014 (UTC)[reply]

@Thomas.W: Thanks for your kind words and suggestion, I am new to Wikipedia and learning. I have no idea what made you believe I am trying to advertise some random page. I believe whatever I have added is credible information. You declared my added links Bigg Boss 8 inappropriate, which is not true. Bigg Boss 8 is a famous Indian TV show and most of the website come up with their own sources and reveals a lot of information about the show before it go on air. If you check website, they also have other version Bigg Boss Kannada 2. You may consider that website a useful source.

But, you are senior here, I would like to reconsider your request.

@Thomas.W:. You have also pointed out Mudassar Khan link. Missmahi.com was the first one to publish article on Mudassar Khan but you also changed it. The link you just added is the one who wrote article later and you find that website credible? Its a very strange decision, that you have not given preference to the website owner who actually wrote the article first. Instead you called it spam and adding those links which are not very credible and who steal other's work. May be you will like to reconsider your decision and revert back.
First of all it has nothing to do with seniority, it's all about Wikipedia's rules. A look at your contributions shows that you have done nothing but adding spamlinks, both as linkspam and as refspam, since day one, so the warnings you have received were well deserved. Your edits also include replacing a spamlink to a competing website with one of your own spamlinks, and then reporting the competitor to the MediaWiki spam blacklist, without mentioning that you are as guilty of spamming as the people adding links to the competitor are. So no, I'm not going to revert anything. Thomas.W talk 10:24, 27 August 2014 (UTC)[reply]
@Thomas.W:.I believe again you are mistaken when you are calling my citation linkspam and you stating that I have been reporting competing website as spamlinks. With my reference to Mudassar Khan link, I request you do a search on Google.com for keyword "Mudassar Khan Wiki" and you will realized which website is spam and which is not. I have mentioned already, all the contributions are useful and from credible website. You recently reverted Mudassar Khan link but again you miss the important point, that the link you have added is the one who copied my content and removed link and his/her own link. But you are not seeing that. It's okay if you don;t want to revert anything that;s not concern but at-least don't add those links who copied content from other and later add their reference.

Also, Mudassar Khan link you added is a dead link and not working. When I add reference, I mentioned that too in summary. But, I believe you want to keep those dead links in Mudassar Khan. May be you want to check dead links. Good Day !!
