Madurai
[edit]I am sorry but I have removed your recent contributions to Madurai. They created far, far too many problems and after making an attempt to fix them I decided that it is simply not worth the amount of time it would take. I was not aware of just how extensive your edits were to Madurai because your edit summaries suggested that you were just tinkering with the article when, in fact, you were making very significant changes, some of them despite fairly recent discussion on the article talk page.
Might I suggest that you take a look at the manual of style, the reliable sources policy, the situation regarding neutral point of view, and overlinks. I could throw a lot more policy links at you but realise that this must be discouraging. Please do not take offence and please do ask any questions that you may have.
You may find it easier for a few weeks if you confine yourself to doing just a few small edits at a time to any one article, then watch and see what the reaction is. That way, you will be less likely to repeat what are fairly typical "beginner" mistakes. - Sitush (talk) 17:10, 30 September 2011 (UTC)
Sitush , i guess you are seeing my history and assuming my newness to Wiki !!! But yet , can you please revolve around the topic that needs to be discussed than throwing some wiki links and talking about longevity in wikipedia . Appreciate your enthisuasm in keeping thing clean , but i feel thats taken as a adantage to thwart any changes to the artcile . i have gone through that , and i would like to challenge your reversal and i have spent considerable time and energy in aggregating the data to improve the article!!! and 'all your reversal are one within a day without giving yourself time to think whether they are correct or not' . the reversals were too quick . could you reconsider that , or would you like to discuss point by point the changes ? thanks Karthikeyan.pandian (talk) 07:27, 15 October 2011 (UTC)
SUN NEWS
[edit]SUN NEWS is not a reliable source according to Wikipedia. Please ask an administrator for help if you have difficulty distinguishing what a reliable source is. Thanks. Ashermadan (talk) 05:04, 22 July 2013 (UTC)
EDIT WAR
[edit]You are starting an edit war on the Chennai Express page. SUN NEWS YouTube page is not a reliable source and is not even in English or a language the common Wikipedia user can understand. The video is of an opinion program and features a random individual blurting out nonsense just because he is angry. You have a history of vandalizing the Chennai Express page because it offends your regional sensibilities. Just because you are angry with a film does not give you the right to add non-reliable sources on the page that are inaccessible to others. I warned you before but you did not listen, I am warning you again now. I am also reporting you so that an administrator can help us out. Ashermadan (talk) 05:39, 22 July 2013 (UTC)
Please post in Chennai Express page. Cant answer multiple persons at multiple pages Karthikeyan.pandian (talk) 05:41, 22 July 2013 (UTC)
- SUN NEWS YouTube page is not a reliable source : This is wrong and proved in
- The Consensus has been achieved for Reliable resource in http://en.wiki.x.io/wiki/Wikipedia:Reliable_sources/Noticeboard#YouTube_Video_of_News_Channel_as_Reliable_resource. Any more Reversal will be reported as Fan Based vandalism
- Dear user Ashermadan ,there are some things noted from the text above
- a random individual :- Insulting to a person , giving favoritism to a favorite Bollywood actor and others as random . Fan based work
- blurting out nonsense :- POV
- You have a history of vandalizing the Chennai Express page :- Getting personal on fellow Editors in Wikipedia as favorite Bollywood actor is criticized.again Fan based work
- because it offends your regional sensibilities :- POV
- Just because you are angry with a film :- Assumptions
- I am also reporting you so that an administrator can help us out:- Threatening fellow editors instead of debating on topic

[edit]Your recent editing history at Chennai Express shows that you are currently engaged in an edit war. Being involved in an edit war can result in your being blocked from editing—especially if you violate the three-revert rule, which states that an editor must not perform more than three reverts on a single page within a 24-hour period. Undoing another editor's work—whether in whole or in part, whether involving the same or different material each time—counts as a revert. Also keep in mind that while violating the three-revert rule often leads to a block, you can still be blocked for edit warring—even if you don't violate the three-revert rule—should your behavior indicate that you intend to continue reverting repeatedly.
To avoid being blocked, instead of reverting please consider using the article's talk page to work toward making a version that represents consensus among editors. See BRD for how this is done. You can post a request for help at a relevant noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases, you may wish to request temporary page protection. [edit]Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited Om Namah Shivaya, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Tamil (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.
