Pyotr Krasnokutsky moved to draftspace

[edit]

An article you recently created, Pyotr Krasnokutsky, does not have enough sources and citations as written to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page. ~~Cheers~~Mgbo120 10:37, 1 March 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Your draft article, Draft:Yuri Torchinsky

[edit]

Hello, Gemi315. It has been over six months since you last edited the Articles for Creation submission or Draft page you started, "Yuri Torchinsky".

In accordance with our policy that Wikipedia is not for the indefinite hosting of material deemed unsuitable for the encyclopedia mainspace, the draft has been nominated for deletion. If you plan on working on it further, or editing it to address the issues raised if it was declined, simply edit the submission and remove the {{db-afc}}, {{db-draft}}, or {{db-g13}} code.

If your submission has already been deleted by the time you get there, and you wish to retrieve it, you can request its undeletion by following the instructions at this link. An administrator will, in most cases, restore the submission so you can continue to work on it.

Thanks for your submission to Wikipedia, and happy editing. JMHamo (talk) 08:08, 30 May 2019 (UTC)[reply]

I declined the deletion request on this article and have removed some too close paraphrasing and added inline citations to his RNCM biography. I am, however, unsure whether or not he is sufficiently notable for inclusion. What's really needed are reviews of his solo performances and/or solo recordings, which I have failed to find. Emil Adelkhanov

[edit]

Hi Gemi,

Thank you for starting an interesting article Emil Adelkhanov. I have noted that quite a few facts there are not in the provided two references. I have put inline references for the facts that are in the sources and tagged those that are not. Please provide those references even if you absolutely sure that they are true because e.g. you knew the subject personally. If an info is unverifiable (see WP:V) then it has to be deleted.

The article needs a Georgian spelling of the subject's name. Also do you think Russian spelling will be appropriate?

Theoretically speaking if you knew the subject personally would you have a photograph of him that you could upload under a free license? Articles with photos look much better.

Thanks again for the article Alex Bakharev (talk) 00:07, 13 July 2019 (UTC)[reply]

  • Thanks for your note on my talk page. If you know some of Adelkhanov's family members can you ask them to put the unsourced info on a blog or a personal page. I guess noncontroversial info can be sourced to a personal webpage of the subject's family member. I will also try to google for sources if I have time. If we would not be able to source some info we are to delete it unfortunately. Alex Bakharev (talk) 12:11, 13 July 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Hello and welcome to Wikipedia. When you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion (but never when editing articles), please be sure to sign your posts. There are two ways to do this. Either:

  1. Add four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment, or
  2. With the cursor positioned at the end of your comment, click on the signature button located above the edit window.

This will automatically insert a signature with your username or IP address and the time you posted the comment. This information is necessary to allow other editors to easily see who wrote what and when.

Thank you. VictorTorres2002 (talk) 10:06, 13 July 2019 (UTC)[reply]
