Drafts need references

Another note: It's pretty clear you're being paid to create this article. This is a volunteer project. Most of us do this for the altruistic notion of improving access to knowledge. The fact that you are using this fine project to sell something is unconscionable. Be respectful of the fact that virtually everyone else here is here for solid altruistic reasons and you are here to make money. It's frankly sick.
