Welcome to Wikipedia. Although everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia, adding content without citing a reliable source is not consistent with our policy of verifiability. Take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. References

[edit]

Hi Duskrider - I see you've lately been adding some references in <ref> tags to some radio station articles. Thanks very much for your work on this. Unfortunately, in a few cases these have broken the articles' {{reflist}} template, which makes references display, because you've placed <ref> tags after the {{reflist}} element. I thought I'd point out some ways to avoid this.

  • If you're adding references that give proof for specific facts claimed in the article text, you can create inline citations by placing the <ref> tags right into the text next to the facts: e.g. "Joe was King of the World.<ref>[http://www.example.com Joe crowned king of the world]</ref>". Then, as long as there's a {{reflist}} template at the end of the article, your reference shows up at the foot of the page (with a number in the text readers can click to jump to that reference).
  • If you're adding more general links about the article's subject you can put them in the References or External Links section as appropriate, without enclosing them in <ref> tags.

The basic issue's that if there are any <ref> tags after the {{reflist}} template, you get an error on the article reading "Cite error: There are <ref> tags on this page, but the references will not show without a <references/> tag; see Help:Cite errors." Many thanks, Gonzonoir (talk) 12:31, 9 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]

AfD nomination of Miss Pooja

[edit]

An editor has nominated one or more articles which you have created or worked on, for deletion. The nominated article is Miss Pooja. We appreciate your contributions, but the nominator doesn't believe that the article satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion and has explained why in his/her nomination (see also Wikipedia:Notability and "What Wikipedia is not").

Your opinions on whether the article meets inclusion criteria and what should be done with the article are welcome; please participate in the discussion(s) by adding your comments to Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Miss Pooja (2nd nomination). Please be sure to sign your comments with four tildes (~~~~).

You may also edit the article during the discussion to improve it but should not remove the articles for deletion template from the top of the article; such removal will not end the deletion debate.

Please note: This is an automatic notification by a bot. I have nothing to do with this article or the deletion nomination, and can't do anything about it. --Erwin85Bot (talk) 01:07, 12 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited Comedy Circus, you added links pointing to the disambiguation pages Rahul Mahajan, Nigar Khan and Rajesh Kumar (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

Hello, I'm BracketBot. I have automatically detected that your edit to WWE Raw may have broken the syntax by modifying 1 "()"s. If you have, don't worry: just edit the page again to fix it. If I misunderstood what happened, or if you have any questions, you can leave a message on my operator's talk page.

List of unpaired brackets remaining on the page:
  • 8, 2008; June 11, June 25 and December 10, 2007; October 9 and December 18, 2006; October 3, 2005)<br>2 hours and 7 minutes (February 3, 1997-September 26, 2005; October 10, 2005-October 2, 2006;
  • recorded<ref name="2xZone">{{cite web|url=http://www.2xzone.com/ratings/rawhistory.shtml |title=> Ratings > Monday Night Raw |publisher=2xZone.com |date= |accessdate=2012-08-14}}</ref>) and WWF executives,

Hello, Duskrider. It has been over six months since you last edited your Articles for Creation draft article submission, "2016 Kabaddi World Cup".

In accordance with our policy that Articles for Creation is not for the indefinite hosting of material deemed unsuitable for the encyclopedia mainspace, the draft has been nominated for deletion. If you plan on working on it further, or editing it to address the issues raised if it was declined, simply edit the submission and remove the {{db-afc}} or {{db-g13}} code.

If your submission has already been deleted by the time you get there, and you wish to retrieve it, you can request its undeletion by following the instructions at this link. An administrator will, in most cases, restore the submission so you can continue to work on it.

Thanks for your submission to Wikipedia, and happy editing. JMHamo (talk) 21:10, 29 May 2017 (UTC)[reply]

STAR Cricket moved to draftspace

[edit]

An article you recently created, STAR Cricket, does not have enough sources and citations as written to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, please follow the prompts on the Articles for Creation template atop the page. - TheMagnificentist 10:28, 1 August 2017 (UTC)[reply]
