Your recent editing history at Fallout (American TV series) shows that you are currently engaged in an edit war; that means that you are repeatedly changing content back to how you think it should be, when you have seen that other editors disagree. To resolve the content dispute, please do not revert or change the edits of others when you are reverted. Instead of reverting, please use the talk page to work toward making a version that represents consensus among editors. The best practice at this stage is to discuss, not edit-war; read about how this is done. If discussions reach an impasse, you can then post a request for help at a relevant noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases, you may wish to request temporary page protection.

Being involved in an edit war can result in you being blocked from editing—especially if you violate the three-revert rule, which states that an editor must not perform more than three reverts on a single page within a 24-hour period. Undoing another editor's work—whether in whole or in part, whether involving the same or different material each time—counts as a revert. Also keep in mind that while violating the three-revert rule often leads to a block, you can still be blocked for edit warring—even if you do not violate the three-revert rule—should your behavior indicate that you intend to continue reverting repeatedly. -- ferret (talk) 21:57, 29 April 2024 (UTC)[reply]

You have been blocked from editing for a period of 24 hours for edit warring and violating the three-revert rule, as you did at Fallout (American TV series). Once the block has expired, you are welcome to make useful contributions.
During a dispute, you should first try to discuss controversial changes and seek consensus. If that proves unsuccessful, you are encouraged to seek dispute resolution, and in some cases it may be appropriate to request page protection.
If you think there are good reasons for being unblocked, please review Wikipedia's guide to appealing blocks, then add the following text to the bottom of your talk page: {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}.  Daniel Quinlan (talk) 22:58, 29 April 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Please be aware that returning to continue an edit war can result in a longer, or even indefinite, block. -- ferret (talk) 19:48, 4 May 2024 (UTC)[reply]

This is an edit war. It has a 93% look at any other show that has that. Stop abusing your power. DemoJoker47 (talk) 00:52, 5 May 2024 (UTC)[reply]

It's absolutely an edit war. That's why you were already blocked for it. -- ferret (talk) 00:55, 5 May 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Edit warring

[edit]

DemoJoker47, edit warring is really harmful to the proper functioning of Wikipedia. As the policy says, it's unconstructive, creates animosity between editors, makes consensus harder to reach, and causes confusion for readers. At this point, you've seen that two other editors disagree and you've been blocked twice for edit warring. Rather than continually making the same edit, you need to discuss the matter with others on the talk page and see if you can build consensus for your change. Specific to this dispute, I would also strongly recommend reading MOS:ACCLAIMED. Superlatives like "critical acclaim" and "box office bomb" need to be attributed to multiple sources. Basically, the other editors seem to be following the Manual of Style and I'm pretty sure they're undoing your change for that reason. Without reliable sources making specific and clear claims that the show has been critically acclaimed, the reality is that you're going to be reverted by almost everyone experienced in editing television show articles. And please don't continue to edit war. Regards. Daniel Quinlan (talk) 23:33, 16 May 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Welcome to Wikipedia. We appreciate your contributions, but in one of your recent edits to The Curious Case of Benjamin Button (film), it appears that you have added original research, which is against Wikipedia's policies. Original research refers to material—such as facts, allegations, ideas, and personal experiences—for which no reliable, published sources exist; it also encompasses combining published sources in a way to imply something that none of them explicitly say. Please be prepared to cite a reliable source for all of your contributions. You can have a look at the tutorial on citing sources. Thank you. DonIago (talk) 00:56, 8 July 2024 (UTC)[reply]

i haven’t done any disruptive posting. I haven’t posted in over a month and when I was going to on green lantern 2011 with Ryan Reynolds I didn’t because I didn’t know how to add a source.

If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

Appeal

I swear I don’t know what you are talking about and I haven’t edited anything. DemoJoker47 (talk) 19:05, 20 August 2024 (UTC)[reply]

You've already been told what you've done. You've been editing while logged out, continuing disruptive edits you were previously blocked for. To be clear so you understand, we have technical evidence for this. -- ferret (talk) 20:35, 23 August 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Can I see it? DemoJoker47 (talk) 20:52, 23 August 2024 (UTC)[reply]
You already know your own IP. If not, you can google "what's my IP". We are not allowed to reveal that for your own privacy. -- ferret (talk) 21:06, 23 August 2024 (UTC)[reply]
I swear I don’t know what is going on I can send my IP please I want to clear this all up DemoJoker47 (talk) 00:49, 24 August 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Wait I haven’t even been banned I haven’t even need active DemoJoker47 (talk) 19:02, 24 August 2024 (UTC)[reply]

You have three simultaneous unblock requests. Which single one do you want reviewed? I'll note that none of the three have any chance of you getting unblocked, so you may want to choose to take down all three instead of just two of the requests. Your answer must be that you either want all three open unblock requests taken down or alternatively, specifying which single one open unblock request you want reviewed. --Yamla (talk) 08:47, 26 August 2024 (UTC)[reply]

What is going on? I didn’t even do anything? I can see my IP just I was just to go through this? DemoJoker47 (talk) 10:50, 26 August 2024 (UTC)[reply]
This is incoherent. I have taken down your three abusive unblock requests. You are free to make one but only one unblock request, assuming you are willing to address your confirmed WP:LOUTSOCK violations. --Yamla (talk) 11:29, 26 August 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Request reason:

I apologize for the disruptive edits I made to the Fallout content. I now understand they were influenced by the pressure of the meteoric review system. I regret any issues caused and will be more mindful moving forward.

Decline reason:

You still have not addressed your logged-out block evasion or your history of edit warring, which previous timed blocked did not put a stop to. I think there is a maturity issue here, so this block is not forever, but it is for the next few months, at least. As I think it's likely you'll just post another appeal when this one is rejected, I've revoked your talk page access. WP:UTRS is available for appeals, but please consider taking some time away from Wikipedia prior to making a request. Ponyobons mots 19:36, 27 August 2024 (UTC)[reply]
